Prologue
Growing up with pointy ears, Leonard became the most common story of ridicule.
Human people with pointy ears were rare, specially among the Nobles.
After all, he was still half a noble even if he was an illegitimate child.
His Father, the Northern Duke of Valdeyor, didn't abandon him despite the persuasion from the Valdeyor family.
Having the strongest Sword Master in the whole continent at his back, Leonard could live peacefully amidst the hidden mockery from his peers.
But his peaceful life didn't last long, a year before he become officially and adult, his Father suddenly disappeared.
Taking his Father's absence to his advantage, his Uncle took the position of the Northern Duke with the help of the current King.
With nowhere to go, Leonard left in search for his father.
He believed that somewhere out there, his father would still be alive and kicking.
