I was supposed to be The Gamer but the author forgot it midway.

Death, such an arbitrary concept. What could it be? I wonder? Is it the death of the body or the death of the soul? "Sigh~..., Even after death, I cannot understand it." { Ding! Congratulations! One Look One Kill

"KyaHaHaHaHaHa!" A burst of loud laughter filled the small garden of Einzbern Castle.

In the center of it sit three Heroic Spirits, also three out of the four Kings summoned in this war.

Saber, Rider, and Archer; all three had golden cups in their hands (or were they glass?) as they drank the wine in it, sip after sip.

"Hahaha! This is some good stuff, indeed!" Rider laughed while enjoying the wine. He never tasted such good wine before.

Archer smiled while he stirred the wine in his hand and said, "My treasury houses only the finest drink and the finest swords." Taking a sip, he stated, "This alone should indicate which among us is the greatest of Kings."

Saber frowned, definitely not liking his "I Am Supreme" attitude.

Rider doesn't seem to be offended by it or anything but instead laughed.

Irisviel stood behind Saber with a worried-filled look while Walvet, Rider's Master, stood behind him.

Just then, space seems to be distorted besides Saber, gaining everyone's attention.

A second later, Masato appeared there with his Servant attire, his eyes examining everyone before a little frown appeared and vanished right away.

'Man… I wanted to do some… research with my eyes. What is this party?'

"Ohhh! Isn't this Aster Pendragon!" Rider smiled, "What should we call you? Champion of Gods? Ambition less King? Strongest King? God Slayer? King of Mercy and Compassion? Hahaha! You might have the most titles among us!"

Archer also looked towards Masato, as if evaluating his value.

"Just call me Mario--ahem* I mean, Masato." Masato faked and coughed before taking a seat beside Saber, "You guys are having a party without me, kind of unfair. You might have hurt my feelings, not gonna lie."

"Hahahaha! You are a funny guy, Masato!" Rider laughed before taking a sip from the cup in his hands.

"Oh~, that looks delicious, mind giving me a cup?" Looking at Archer, Masato said.

"I don't like the way you talk with me, mongrel." Archer's eyes narrowed as he said that before a cup appeared in his hand and he threw it towards Masato, "But as the greatest King, I shall have your presence entertain me."

Taking the cup, Masato almost slapped Archer's shoulder before he stopped, remembering his character.

"You are a funny person, Archer." He said before pouring himself a cup and taking a sip, "It's not bad, I guess."

Archer narrowed his eyes at Masato, "I bestow death to those who provoke me, you know."

"I am eagerly waiting then," Masato smirked, "But if you want to kill me, then you will have to stand in line as there are already many who have taken the position before you."

"You want me to wait?" Archer looked at him as if hearing a funny joke, "You wouldn't be alive to see that, mongrel. No one has the honor to make me wait for them - not in the past, nor present, and nor will there be any in the future."

"Well, there is one now." Masato shrugged before filling his cup again with wine.

Suddenly, the air became heavy as one could tell that a fight may break out at any moment.

"Ma~, let's calm down." Rider said, "It's not that you get to sit together. Let's talk about Grail, the reason we are here."

"Humph! You are not the ruler here, mongrel." Gilgamesh said, taking his eyes off from Masato, "You've already violated the rules of dictating that we must fight for the Grail."

He took a sip as everyone looked at him while Masato already knew what he would say.

"To begin with, the Grail already belongs to me. All of this world's treasures, without exception, trace their origin to my treasure house."

"Then you once held the Grail? You would know it by sight?" Rider asked, amused.

"No." Gilgamesh declined, much to Rider and Saber's surprise, "Do not consider me as you would some lesser being. The amount of wealth in my treasury long ago surpassed my own knowledge. But it is a treasure and it also means that it belongs to me. And any who would take it for themselves…" He looked at Masato and Rider, "... is naught but a thief."

"Your words are no different than Caster's insane rants. It appears he isn't the only Servant to have gone mad."

Archer looked at her with the look "I Will Kill You, Mongrel".

"In a sense, she does make sense." Masato said before he looked at Gilgamesh, "Every treasure traces its origin back to you… knowing your identity, it might be true. But Gil," Masato smirked and said, "What I hold, no matter where it came from or to whom it once belonged, shall be mine and no one else's. For those who dare to claim it theirs… only death awaits them."

Who made him a possessive person, not his fault. He might give his things to others, but letting others claim it theirs? He was not so generous to let them do so.

After all, if Masato went with Gilgamesh's theory, doesn't that mean Est belongs to him? He wants to smack his face for even thinking that. Yes… he was just playing with him.

"I've decided." Suddenly, Gilgamesh said and smiled while looking at Masato, "I'll kill you."

"Same as before, I'll be eagerly waiting."

"Then Archer," Rider looked at Gilgamesh and asked, "You suggest that if we desire the Grail, we must get your permission first?"

"Indeed. However, there is no reason whatsoever for me to reward mongrels of your ilk."

"Wait a minute…" Rider's eyes narrowed at him before he asked, "You're gonna keep it to yourself?!"

"Fool. My magnanimity is limited to my vassals and my people. In which case, Rider, if you were to swear fealty to me," He looked at him and stated, "I could lend you a grail or two whenever you felt the need for it."

"Hahaha! Sorry, I'm afraid that is out of the question!" He said, "But, Archer, surely you have no special interest in the Grail itself, do you?"

"Of course not. But I must render my judgment…" He smiled with closed eyes, "... to those who would steal treasure from me. It is a matter of principle."

"So, Archer, on what morals and reasoning are these principles based?"

"It is the Law." Archer looked at Rider and continued, "My law, which I set down as King."

"Perfect. To live according to one's own law is the epitome of kingship." Rider gulped the wine before putting the cap back on the ground, "But still, I want the Grail so badly I can't help it! It is my style to take what I want. After all, Iskandar is the King of Conquerors, is he not?"

"Right and wrong do not enter into it." Gilgamesh smirked, "You break the law, and I punish you. There is no place for discussion."

"Which means… All that is left for us is combat… So, Archer! Would you like to finish this off?" He picked the wine and said, "There will be plenty of time to kill one another afterward."

"Of course. Or do you dare to cast aspersions on the drink I gave you the honor of providing you with?"

"Never! I wouldn't dare dream of letting such a fine drink go to waste!"

"Sigh*" Masato sighed before placing the cup back and stood up, gaining everyone's attention, "I'll take my leave then. There is no point in talking about something that is already decided before the battle has even begun."

'And I have important matters to take care of… like testing my eyes…'

"Oh, what do you mean?" Rider asked.

"Is that a question? The winner was already decided when the Grail decided to summon me. King of Heroes, King of Conquerors, King of Knights, Knight of Fianna, Berserker, Caster, and Assassin - all of these titles and reputation is meaningless in the face of absolute power."

Masato only had one goal since his reincarnation, and that was to become the strongest. Only by becoming stronger could he feel the air of freedom.

Only by becoming stronger would such thoughts like there is someone stronger than me who can kill me or those dear to me would be cast out.

Only by becoming stronger can he give absolute - or close to it - protection to his loved ones.

'In the end, only power is the truth. Maybe what I said to Tosen was not wrong after all, only the strongest have the right to decide what is wrong and what is right, the weak can only stare and watch things happening. I am an entertainment to some ROB for a reason.'

He looked at Rider and Archer before declaring, "And in this war, I am that absolute power that none of your dreams or ambition can overcome. That is why this is meaningless."

Silence covered the whole garden, enough to suffocate anyone as they looked at Masato, who stood while looking down on everyone.

What he said was indeed true. With his current status, even was indeed the strongest here that they can't overcome easily.

After all, current Masato could even stop EA by changing the future let alone taking care of other Servants.

"Hm?" Suddenly, Archer, Rider, and Saber frowned.

"It seems that we have unknown… guests," Masato said before he looked around him as different shadows started to rise and surround them.

Irisviel hurriedly closed to Saber while Walvet to Rider.

"What great timing," Masato smirked while looking at the rush of Assassins everywhere, "Let me show you what an overwhelming power looks like."

Just as he finished, everyone, no matter who they were, felt a chill down their spine as Masato's eyes split into different pupils.

He looked at all the Assassins before muttering in a soft voice, "Die."

Even though everything looked normal, Masato's vision was completely different as he saw the future of the world where everything had a line on it.

Everything, may it be living or dead, had this black line extending from it.

Masato looked at these lines, his rainbow-colored pupils shining with brilliance before they were cut off.

He didn't move nor did he cut those lines himself, but they cut themselves with only his looks.

Thankfully, he used the eyes in the future and not in the present; so even if Balor wanted to take over him, it would be pretty much impossible.

'After all, I am not using my eyes currently but only using my eyes is my future that can be changed to my liking.'

That is right. Masato found out when he was torturing Caster's Master that he could use eyes in the future and nothing happened to him.

After all, only he was seeing the future. And even if Balor did use them, he could just change that future to his liking.

Really, he had to say that <<The Almighty>> is one hell of a freaking cheat!

As he uttered the word "Die", the time seemed to halt as Rider, Archer, and Saber looked on as every Assassin burst open, painting the garden with red color.

"This is the absolute power, something that you can never overcome."

He looked at Rider, but specifically at Gilgamesh; both looking at him with serious eyes.

"Those eyes…" Irisviel stares at Masato's eyes before saying with disbelief, "So the myths were right… he indeed got the eyes of Balor…"
