[Chilling In The Tainzer Plains]

"What??"

Confused by the sudden change of topic, Emilia was blankly staring at Dawn.

"Like male dragons, females too, i wont judge you."

Dawn curiously asked if Emilia had any interests, she also wanted to know how the place the dragons lived looked like.

"I- uh-"

"C'mon dont be shy! I'll start, there was this one guy when i was 13 and.."

While Dawn was talking about her past love interests, Emilia was thinking about how to answear said question

'How am i supposed to answear this! I didnt even have a relationship before i became a dragon!'

Once Dawn finished telling Emilia all her past crushes, she silently waited for Emilia to speak.

"I.. Didnt have any interests.."

Emilia quietly mumbled, she always was quite reserved and valorized more spending time alone than with other people.

"Ah, so maybe no dragons gave you any interest? I mean having an element related to time can surely make you famous!"

"No, it's not like that-"

"Wait, so you had one of those type of family's that didnt let you go out to keep you 'pure'?"

"No- Wait do people actually do this around here?"

"There was a romance story about a high elf and a dwarf, it ended with 42 deaths. But they got happy in the end so yippe!"

Emilia sighed, this didnt seem to be going anywhere.. The grassy plains are nice for quick picknics, but besides that it was pretty boring. Besides that mole nothing appeard anymore to trouble Emilia.

"Cool, it seems like you were done refining Aura Chrono."

Emilia quickly glanced at her paws, her yellow patterns stopped glowing. Dawn took her time to slowly absorb the Aura in the surroundings, the Aura at the moment was so pure that it could be seen by the naked eye, wich should be impossible even in the holy lands.

".. Can you tell me more about Aura?"

That was one of the few interesting topics that Emilia could think of.

"Mmm.. I have told you most of the important stuff that is easy to get.. Lets see.."

"Oh! Did you know that if you have good potential but terrible talent could be considerated a curse?"

"Huh? How's that so?"

"The more potential you have, the more you will stay in a stage."

"Wait, shouldnt it be the other way around?" Emilia asked confused, usually having good potential even without a talent would be good.

"No, if you have good potential there is more stuff to do in that stage than people with lower potential. Lets take in the Creation of Aura Vessel stage as an example."

"Someone with bad potential would just create the aura vessel anywhere and move on, not like they could do any more anyway. Now someone with good potential needs to refine their blood veins to take in aura better, create an aura circle for the future vessel, stabilize a flesh foundation, refine the heart so that you can build a stronger vessel without the worry of it exploding, and even choose the right place to create a vessel!"

"There is a chance that if your talent is really god-awful and have great potential, you might die of old age before moving on to the next stage!"

It was indeed interesting, Emilia was just amazed with how many things someone could just in the beginning stage.

"Potential is exactly how good your body is and how much changing it can support, and i managed to keep on going on the first stage until the 'multiple gate'!"

"What is that?"

"Multiple gate is something created inside Aura Vessel in the shape of a circular gate that refines Aura, making it more lethal. I made up to 7 and.."

Both of them kept on talking, Dawn told Emilia some exciting story's about her life, her hobby's, about her family and more! Well it was an one sided conversation since Emilia didnt like to talk much.

Time flew quickly and soon it was night, Emilia was extremely tired as she had not slept properly for a whole day! She could barely stand up.

While Emilia was having problems staying awake, Dawn set up 4 purple glowing shards on the ground and then connected them in a square shape by putting some sort of yellow powder on the ground.

"Alright ~Yawn~ Time to sleep, hopefully nothing will happen tonight.."

"W-wait, what if we get ambushed by those fungus zombies you talked about?"

"Dont worry, they hate light..."

Dawn instantly slept when she closed her eyes, an ability that many wish to have.

Emilia was still a little worried but her tired mind was telling her that it was okay so that she can get that nice and well deserving sleep, Emilia small dragon body layed down and curled up in a small ball to sleep. Tomorrow will be a greater day.
