It was just like how the black shadow faction behind the Science and Technology Research Institute had wiped out Breaking Dawn back then. It was extremely difficult to eliminate the enemies to be in a state of disunity.
If they encountered bloody suppression, the weak race alliance would collapse completely. However, the warriors would still be rooted in Star City. It was just that without a systematic organization, their efficiency would decrease greatly.
