Chapter 18 Only sword techniques allowed

Due to the injuries inflicted on him by Chu Fan, Lu Jin was able to send his perception into his body by following the direction of the pains he was experiencing, letting him grasp on the energy Qi that constantly move through his meridians.

With such skill, he was even able to control the opening and closing of skin pores, letting him restrain the aura of his cultivation realm.

So with that, he was able to see how the energy Qi he aborbesd enter his body and then flow through his meridians before moving aimlessly in his body. 

"I should try again," Lu Jin said as he repeated the procedures written in the technique.

Feeling the seal around his dantian loosening, Lu Jin stopped.

"Just that little amount of time was enough for me to loosen the seal on my dantian for a bit, if only I could use All Devouring Energy technique to cultivate, I will be able to step into the xiantian realm in a week's time," he said, feeling sad as how his luck was not so good.

"Well, the technique is called All Devouring Energy technique. I will use it to draw energy Qi close to my body and then use the 9 basics of the sword technique or any other technique to cultivate with the energy Qi around me," he said, smiling  at his idea.

If people heard what Lu Jin said, they would definitely be astounded. Any technique you are cultivating with, the energy Qi provided enters your body and changes the energy Qi already in your meridians, to then change to another technique during that process, is just courting death.

But Lu Jin was different, the energy Qi of the All Devouring Energy technique does not change the energy Qi that was provided by the 9 basics of the sword technique, so he could use the All Devouring Energy technique to assist in his cultivation and gain beneficial results.

"If I'm able to reach the fifth level of the technique, the energy Qi qi in this room will definitely not be enough to support it," Lu Jin said looking bothered about his future.

"I haven't even memorized the technique, I am thinking of the fifth level. I should try memorizing what is written in the manual, so that I can return it before the end of tomorrow," getting into a meditative state, Lu Jin began memorizing the manual.

Due to the energy Qi that has circulated through the body and also the brain of a cultivator, a cultivator could easily memorize over 20,000 words in three hours.

One should have a considerable amount of control over the energy Qi that enters into their body and into their meridians. He or she should have the ability to move a thread through five needles that are evenly spaced out.

The All Devouring Energy technique, has a dantian size of 175 square feet.

The bigger the size of dantian, the longer you can battle and breaking through the seal to the Martial Prince realm will be much easier.

Using the energy qi gotten from the lighting sword technique to power up a mortal rank battle technique, the speed of your attack will be 2 times faster than not cultivating the lighting sword technique and the faster an attack, the stronger and more sharp it becomes.

It also increases the movement techniques of the cultivator by 80%

The second technique is the Misty Sword technique. It head-on attack is not great, but the movement technique is the greatest aspect. Stealth is it specialty. It was reported that the most notorious assassin was seen using it.

It's created dantian has the size of 165 square feet.

At perfection, it attack trajectory could not be seen, but can only be felt.

Cultivators use their life spirits to absorb energy qi from the environment, the energy qi is purified by the life spirit and then sent into the body through the meridians.

But those cultivatos without life spirit use their breathing to absorb energy qi, their body plays the function of purifying the energy qi.

The only good thing that comes out of it, is the ability to circulate energy qi inside the body faster than those using life spirit.

Energy qi is gotten from the environment, there is a non elemental energy qi, it is called the Origin Qi. It could be absorbed and converted into the elemental energy qi of your technique.

Other energy qi are elemental. Only a cultivation technique corresponding to the element of the energy qi, could absorb and use the energy qi.

Adding on the All Devouring Energy technique, his ability to take in energy qi was astonishing.

The side effect is the inability to cultivate any technique that does not absorb sword qi.

Using the lighting sword technique to absorb energy qi, Lu Jin found out that, the amount of energy qi surging towards him, was 60% less than the amount of energy qi from the All Devouring Energy technique.

Changing to the All Devouring Energy technique, Lu Jin drew in a huge amount of energy qi, feeling the energy qi entering his body, he changed to the lighting sword technique, converting the different energy qi into sword energy qi as it passes through his meridians to his dantian.

Feeling the seal on his dantian loosening, Lu Jin could tell that within nine(9) days he would step into xiantian realm.

"Let continue," saying so, Lu Jin continued the changing of cultivation techniques.

Repeating the process over and over was very tiring and boring.

But remembering his days of been maltreated, hunger and suffering in the outside world, the bullying done by Chu Fan, the ruthlessness of Demon King Night Wolf and the heartlessness of Bu Nan and Gu Wuchen.

Lu Jin kept on cultivating, not backing down or giving up.

After a week of joining the Sword Hall, Tu Feng has been hearing a rumour about a kid, who was brought by the Sword Master from the outside world to the academy five years ago, was now cultivating in the sword hall.
