Getting to know each other

Back to the area of trees just a bit away from the volcano she already regrets letting him come as he is always making excuses to get close to her, although he wouldn't take it far enough that it would become uncomfortable just irritating. "So, why are you following me again?" Asking the question again hoping he will change his mind at the last second howver he still hits back with that she is attractive and he thinks it would be fun to follow her. Yet again she sighs to herself she tries to change the topic and just asks him about himself and is surprised to see that he turns slightly melancholic. A normal person wouldn't have caught it as he covered it up almost instantaneously with a slight smile, Sarah however caught it perfectly and wondered what had happened to make him so sad from just remembering it.

"Well, as you already know my name is Tiāntǐ wèilán lóng. Right now I am 540,000 years old." Tian Long started off with his name that she already knew before telling her his age which stupefied her as even with her old life factored in she had only been alive for about twenty years, if you are only counting in human years though. Looking at her surprise he informs her that in the dragon community her isn't even an adult yet as the dragons only age every hundred thousand years which means he is only five in the dragon community. Sarah lamented the difference in races as in her race she aged faster than humans whereas dragons barely age within a humans entire lifespan (if they are just a regular mortal human that is). Although in this life Sarah is only 2 only a bit away from turning 3 in the wolf community she would already be acknowledged as an adult as to wolfs she would be at the age of fourteen nearly twenty one.

Ignoring her he goes on about his life where she finds out about his life and how he grew up alongside his mother and siblings. Sarah even learned that although he was the youngest of his siblings he ended up being chosen as the future patriarch of the clan as he had the purest concentration of the azure dragon bloodline which was near the original himself. She even learned tha jealous of his blood and luck his sibling worked with his uncles to trap him and take his blood and marrow to evolve closer to an azure dragon as it was seen as the highest honour in the dragon clan to have blood from the azure dragon running in your veins.

Although they managed to trap him by taking their mother hostage and eventually they ended up killing her as the uncles were threatened that she would tell their brother the patriarch and then they would be dead before they could realise their plans. His brothers enraged by this attempt to overpower their uncles however they were no match and were then killed off along with their mother. His blood taken they were ready to start the extraction process of his marrow when the necklace his mother had given him had lit up in the face of lethal danger teleporting him to a lower realm (where he is now).

Dizzy from learning all this she also felt pity for him and then realised she was being hypocritical as she said she doesn't want others to pity her when she was here pitying him. Changing her midset she just slightly encourages him although in a more cold and vengeful way. "Don't worry. Stay with me and I'll help you kill them in the future". Laughing at her pitiful attempt at encouraging him he thanks her. Pouting at his laughing she doesn't realise she had just shown a visible emotion on her face for the first time that wasn't surprise. Seeing this Tian Long is inwardly complaining that she is too cute as her pouting made her extremely adorable even if he couldn't see her face properly though the veil.

Coughing he tries to move on from staring at her he asks her if there is anything about her he doesn't know yet. Her face returning back to normal she tells him that he already knew most apart from the fact that in human years she was only two whilst she was fourteen nearing twenty one as her birthday soon. Nodding along he was only a little surprised at her age before he accepted it. "What about your siz..." Before he could even finshed she had puched his ribs as thye walked looking at him with a gaze that dared him to continue. Awkwardly chuckling he just says "nevermind".

Continuing on he asks how much she knows about the human world and its customs so he doesn't stand out too much from any weird behaviour. Thinking about it she realised he made sense and told him about the power distribution of human factions and told him about the human she had placed the dark seed in and had subconciously enslaved him. Interested in her abilities he asks more and she doesn't mind too much as she doesn't use them all that often as she relied on her body more.

By the time she had finished her explanation of her powers they were already stepping into the middle area to which she started aksing him if he wanted to rest as it was already morning and she had been in the routine of sleeping around this time, he just reponded he didn't need to sleep ut they could stop if she wanted. Thinking it over she decided to take a nap and then continue on the journey once she was rested. Transforming back into her wolf form she just lays down where she stood. Yawning she bagan closing her eyes, it took her longer to sleep as she was not used to others presence when she was sleeping.

Watching her as she slept Tian Long just sat across from her at the base of a tree. Bored from watching her sleeping as he had nothing to do his eyelids started to drop as they closed as he fell asleep against the tree.

None of the local beasts dared to get close because of the aura emitted by them as they were the apex beasts in the forest and it was essentially their domain.

Waking up her eylids fluttered as her eyes opened. Looking across from her she sees a sleeping Tian Long who looked harmonized with the nature around him as he slept. Sensing her movement he wakes up to see her staring at him he says "Like what you see?" in a slightly narcisistic tone which ruined it. "Not anymore as I was appreciating the fact that you were in tune with the nature around you however as soon as you opened that mouth of yours it was ruined". Hearing the cold evaluation he just dramatically emphasised how hurt he was from her saying that. Although he wouldn't be lying as his pride took a hit with the constant rejection however he persevered to break into that cold heart of hers.

Continuing on with their journey they continued to talk about miscellaneous things as they walked against the mid day sun which created the picture of a celestial couple walking amongst nature as they talked.
