'What the hell is this thing?', Reo thought with a panicked mind.

He had never experienced this kind of situation before so it made sense for him panic.

'It speaks!', Reo looked in shock at the message coupled with a cold, robotic voice.

[Of course I can speak, host! I am the greatest and most powerful system in this world after all!]

Reo blanked out for a moment after he heard that.

The most powerful system in the world? Where had he heard that before?

Ah, yes! It was from all those other novels back in his previous world.

The Solo Leveling System, The Crazy Leveling System and the World's Strongest System. You name it and almost every single system would proclaim that they're the strongest instead.

[Host, you can't compare me to those frauds! I am the one and only mightiest system in the entire universe!]

"Eh? You can read my thoughts?", Reo ignored the system's words and focused more on the underlying meaning.

"Then, does that mean....",Reo trailed off in horror.

His privacy had been compromised! There was no way to hide from this system!

He could already imagine himself enjoying some 'private time' while the system silently watched from the side like a stalker.

The mere thought gave him chills.

"How did you get here and why did you bond with me?", Reo questioned.

[I was created by my creator to assist you in this world! You are to become the strongest in this world with my help!]

"You're creator sent you? Then, who is your creator?", Reo questioned with a blank look.

Whoever could create a virtual image and artificial intelligence such as this was bound to be someone great.

[Hmph! You are still a mere weakling yet you dare to know of my creator's identity? You can only be considered a piece of shit on the roadway compared to him!]

Reo was suddenly in a lost as to why the system suddenly turned against him.

Wasn't the system being nice recently?

It was then that the system began to lose it.

Reo paled for a moment.

A punishment? Thinking of all the types of punishment the systems in the novels dished out to their hosts, Reo felt like fainting instantly.

What was going to happen to him? Get sent to a monster dessert land? Get struck by divine lightning?

Or maybe he would have his molecules evaporated.

The mere thought gave him cold sweat.

Reo shut his eyes immediately in fear as he prepared for the pain to follow.

'Looks like this is the end for me! Why did I have to meet such a big-headed system?!',those were Reo's final thoughts.

However, after a moment, he realized something.

Opening his eyes, Reo looked blankly at the system.

The system kept quiet before it spoke again but this time, in a kind of aggrieved tone.

However, he started laughing out loud a moment later.

"No punishment system? Hahaha ,you should check if you even have a warranty in the first place. Hahahaha!"

"Forget the warranty, you should check if you're fully charged first incase you don't have a battery! Hahahahaha!"

The system kept quiet for some time before it snapped at Reo's shameless comments.

[You foul beast! Apologize to me at once otherwise I will not help you to become the strongest!]

Reo was still laughing hard while clutching his stomach.

It took some time before he regained his bearings and spoke to the system.

"Why would I need your help to become the strongest? I don't even want to do cultivation in the first place", Reo sneered.

Reo immediately tensed up as he heard this.

The system was scheming inside. It knew that there was now way for Reo to apologize to it.

That brat actually had the guts to mock it even after finding out that it was not of this world at all.

That could only show how bold he was. This kind of person would surely have a lot of pride and the system would take pride in itself after seeing such a prideful person beg for forgiveness with a struggling look on his face.

He overestimated Reo.

Putting on a fawning smile, Reo clapped his hands together.

Reo pondered over what the system said for awhile.

He could understand dexterity while his awareness seemed to be linked to his mental strength.

On the court, anything could cause your emotions to fluctuate.

A sudden three-pointer, a sudden injury or even a sudden substitute. There were too many factors that could cause one to panic and make mistakes.

In this case, having a high awareness was considered a gift on it's own.

The system then sounded once again.
