9:01pm.
That was the time displayed on the phone by the time I reached the café.
"Sorry I am late!" I said tiredly as I step through the door.
"Mommy?" came a small voice from behind the counter, and a moment later a doll like figure emerged from behind the counter, and it took me a moment to remember that it was Corny.
"Where are the others?" I looked around the shop, but there was no one to be seen.
"Mommy went home already." Corny said, looking up to me with those large glassy innocent eyes of hers.
"Oh I see..."
Tfw you sleep for 14 hours...
"So...What are you doing here then?"
"Corny clean up." Corny said with a simple plain voice.
"Oh ok...Let me help you." I said, as I went to grab the mop from the back.
We worked in silence for about a good 15 minutes. Finally, unable to stand the silence no more, I spoke up:
"Are those real ears?" I asked.
"Yes." Corny replied.
"But how can humans have those ears?"
"Because Corny is not human."
"..."
A million questions rushed to my head, but I picked out the most important ones first:
"Then what are you?" I asked facing down to her.
"Do you want to hear a story?" Corny looked up to me.
"Sure."
"Corny is born from egg made by scientist. Corny has brother, and we were used as experiments. Corny ran away, but not brother."
Silence.
"Corny hide into trash can. Corny afraid of humans. Corny hate humans. Corny acts nice so Corny can kill all humans."
My jaw was half hanging open, but there was no words.
"Corny then teleported to this world. Corny then find Stardelight and white hair women took me in."
That must be Iu...
I lowered my head and thought for a moment.
"Yeah..." I said as I looked up again. "If I was being conducted experiments by humans, and put through all that shit. I would want to kill all humanity as well."
"Mommy is not bad human." Corny said, and it took me a moment to realise she meant me.
"You mean me?" I said, double confirming.
"Yes."
"Don't call me mommy, its daddy now."

"Ok, daddy." Corny said innocently.
Ohhh Corny...
I wouldn't mind if such cuteness destroyed this world...
After all, Kawaii is the only justice in this world.
