Stranded In Apocalypse

"Max! Leave me behind I can't run anymore" Said the fraile young man being carried by his friend. "NO! You know I won't leave you Koji!" "Max listen to me! You can't take the both of us home, the suit doesn't have enough fuel. Just tell Riana I love her" as Koji said his final words he detached himself from badly damaged mecha.

"KOJI!" Max shouted looking at his best friend. As max fell on the ground his side of the Mecha suit deactivated. "Systems Stable... Extra Energy Found... Initiating Protocol 717... Boosting Thrusters With Mana..." It was too late. Once the protocol 717 was initiated max could no longer go back to save his friend. "Koji you damn bastard.. you programmed the Mecha to do this didn't you."

Koji smiled looking at the Mecha taking his friend back to safety. "I guess the programme worked." "Well this is the end I guess. This is how I die." Koji was badly injured his abdomen was absolutely ripped destroyed. The only reason he was still alive was because the Mecha doubled as life support and used it's mana to keep the user alive.

Unfortunately in doing so it couldn't take back both the users, so one had to be scarificed. Koji was glad it was him, he could save his friend and keep him alive. Hopefully his family would be able to forgive him.

As he looked forward he saw the horde of demons that they were fighting approach him. Oh he could already feel himself being ripped apart and sucked dry of all his remaining mana that they'd use to fight against the humans.

Oh well nothing could be done. Well not any more. The Mecha was already too far away of reach now. Not like he could join it now anyway as protocol 717 was initiated.

Now Koji could only wait for his death. But, somewhere inside he was still willing to live. He was still ready to kill. No, he wouldn't go down without a fight. He's a warriors son. His father died while fighting a horde of a 100 demons with nothing but an electric stick. Why wouldn't he be able to do that. He's his son after all.

He picked up the electric stick in his Mecha suit or a part of the Mecha suit. He barely stood up his abdomen bloody like he had bathed in a bathtub of blood. And yet his eyes were ready to kill. It was like when a predator is at its wit's end and he gives his life just kill his opponents or opponent.

The horde grew ever closer as he activated his electric stick. "I won't die without a fight you bastards." He charged at the horde without a second thought and started slashing left and right. The electric stick powered by mana was stronger than expected. It killed the demons with two blows or so. Koji lunged at a big demon, he initially missed his first slash. Which intern made the demon counter attack.

With kojis remaining power he moved out the way and threw his last ditch effort of trying to kill the demon Stronger than he ever could be. This time the demon couldn't dodge as it was a surprise even for koji, he didn't think he would be able to attack but his will of fire made it possible. As soon as the rod hit the demon the demon was knocked out cold, not dead but knocked out. Koji not thinking anything striked another time on the knocked out demon not ready to die without killing the demon.

The demon turned into dust from the strike Koji inflicted. Koji feel to the ground no more energy left to do anything, he was basically dead but happy that he killed the demon and showed the demons that humans can and will fight back. It was now kojis time to rest. Maybe even forever.

Just as Koji was about to be devoured by the demons the earth rumbled like it was hungry. The Earth's surface shook like it was in pain in agony. Like there layed some dormant beast ready to devour. The demons ran amok scared for their lives, (the highligted part is demon tongue) "WHAT IS HAPPENING?!" a demon screamed Koji didn't understand a thing but knew the demon was scared.

The rumbling of the earth stopped, the demons calmed down and stopped running hither and thither. Yet they were a bit hesitant to go near Koji as what if something were to happen, even though nothing did what if? Before they could decide a ray of light was released from the earth, and before the demons could do anything 1/3rd of them were already wiped out of existence "EVERYBODY RUN THAT'S DEVINE LIGHT" Saying so the demons started running as far away as they could.

Koji couldn't see anything clearly, all he saw was some light and then screaming from the demons happened. But he assumed it was something terrible as the demons voice sounded scared sh*tless.

As Koji accepted his death a strange sound made him startled and surprised "Recalibrating Holy Mecha Suit" "..." "Activation complete.. Supplying mana to user..." As soon as Koji heard those words he instantly woke up again, he was no longer tired nor dying. "What the..." Before he could finish his word a voice message popped up Infront of him and started playing on its on. "Hello user! Whoever you are. Now you own this Mecha suit. This is a divine Mecha suit. This gives the user a new life and practically makes the user immortal. I have hid this technology from humans so that it won't be used for destructive purpose. If you have found this Mecha suit, that means that the world is at its fall and everything is being destroyed. I beg of you user whoever you are whatever you want to do with this suit. Make sure to save humanity first. Then you can rule over it or whatever if you want..."

"End Of Message..." Koji sat still for a while in the Mecha suit. Thinking about how billions of lives would be saved if this Mecha was available from the start, why did this Mecha not activate sooner or why the creator didn't give it to humanity sooner. But he also so the reasons as to why it was as was. The creator would've risked someone doing evil with this Mecha that's why he kept it a secret. It could not be helped you could say.

But now with this new even more powerful Mecha than any other he had seen, he ran towards the demon horde ready to desimate and destroy them. A smirk appeared on his face as he thought to himself "Get f*cked bitches"
