Betting on Lucifer!

One after another all gods started disappearing after giving their goodbyes. Only Zeus, Satan, Shiva and Buddha remained at the end. They looked at each other and suddenly all of them started laughing heartily except for Buddha he gave a gentle smile but the notion was the same.

Zeus spoke in a mysterious manner,

"And here I thought I was the only one being illogical"

Shiva smiled,

"I personally feel a connection with him that's why I stayed behind"

Satan gave a smirk,

"He's name is Lucifer if at all it was me who sensed a connection with him"

Buddha spoke in a serene voice,

"He reminds me of my younger days when I was still lost without a goal"

Zeus gave a sigh, he had already given one of his most prized possessions the lightning Bolt to Vermilo the only one other than that which remained with him was the Shroud of lightning. Although it could become stronger with the increasing prowess of its user there was a limit to how strong it could get at the end he passed it to Lucifer with expectations in his eyes.

"Make sure you seek the path which you always wanted to travel"

Shiva had taken out an ancient book that gave the aura of primal origin era. It was actually a skill book although not his most priced possession but still his favourite. It contained a skill named 'Tandava – The Dance of Destruction'. The skill was unbelievably powerful but it required a closeness with music and rhythm which was hard to focus on being on the martial path but he still gave it away.

"I have placed my bets on you, don't disappoint me"

Satan was hesitating about something but he gave one final look towards Lucifer before sighing in slight pain. He had dark red Horns in his hands almost a feet long. After reaching god state he always took on a human form but still he had never lost his 'Devil Horns'. It was his style statement in younger days afterall. At the end he gave one last look at those blood red horns before giving them to lucifer.

"Guess its time to depart old friend make sure this brat keeps up to your reputation"

Buddha on the other hand had taken out a Primordial Spirit Beast Bead. It was neither his priced possession nor his most powerful if at all it was his most mysterious possession. He had found this bead that gave an aura from other plane of existence but Buddha could never use it.

"Alas! this bead was fated for you little friend"

After which with four simultaneous flashes all these treasures went inside Lucifer's soul.

All the gods looked at each other. All of them had one common feeling inside their hearts, a feeling of expectation. All of them wanted to see what this young man was going to achieve.

Zeus looked at Lucifer and said before disappearing,

"This is an era like none before but undoubtedly he is going to make the most noise"

At the end Shiva used his hands creating a mudra sign and left a message imprint on Lucifer before Satan and Buddha all three of them fainted disappearing from the face of the universe.

Right after they left spacial tears started occurring inside the hall. The ice and the Lava that was flowing outside the hall had started disappearing. Every thing was disintegrating. Lucifer and Vermilo were still unconscious but a special tear had formed below both of them.

The hall stated to collapse and dissipating into thin air. The special tear below Vermilo and Lucifer finally swallowed them whole teleporting them to different places.

Earth's Orbit.

The earth could be seen loosing its red hue that blanketed it for all these days. It had finally regained its normal view. Everything had returned back to normal as if it didn't even happen but undoubtedly this was the day when destiny had changed its course but no one knew for better or for worse.
