On the spirit awakening circle, almost all of them were baffled by Tang San's spirit power test. Even the kids, who have mocked him before, became quiet.

''Blue silver grass...'' Su Yuntao muttered with a little sigh.

''How unfortunate!'' He said while shaking his head, ''There is no use of great talent if his martial soul is trash.''

''Eh?'' Lin Feng tilted his head.

'Aren't you from spirit hall? Or are you a fake?' He thought and became speechless because of Su Yuntao's words.

Tang San had an innate full spirit power, which is really rare. It's so rare that it is rarely seen in a few hundred or even thousands of years!

''He said there is no use of the excellent talent if his martial soul is trash...'' Lin Feng muttered before shaking his head in disappointment, ''Just how stupid is this man?''

'As long as Tang San could absorb a suitable spirit ring plus with enough effort, he can be a powerful soul master or even more!' He concluded while looking at Tang San's blue silver grass Before a dim light on Tang San's other palm caught his attention.

''That's another martial soul!'' Lin Feng muttered in shock.

''Sigh... next!'' Su Yuntao shouted as Tang San walked away from the awakening circle.

''Trash...'' Tang San frowned and repeated Su Yuntao's word.

''Un, thank you.'' Tang San calmly nodded his head.

''Hmph!'' Su Yuntao coldly snorted when he heard Lin Feng's words.

'What a stupid statement! He will never become a spirit master!'' He thought arrogantly.

''Martial Soul, Awaken!'' Su Yuntao shouted before two yellow light ring flashed beside him.

'Hmm, warm…' Lin Feng thought while closing his eyes as suddenly, a small ghostly grey flame appeared on his palm, but in a split second, it disappeared and directly entered his body.

The grey flame can't be seen by anyone one in the room, except for Tang San's eyes, which became purple with a dim light.

''Grey flame?'' Tang San commented with a wary look.

''it suddenly disappeared!'' He muttered when he saw the grey flame suddenly disappear and entered Lin Feng's body.

Meanwhile, Lin Feng, who is closing his eyes, could feel three warm spots in his body.

'My chest, left hand, and right hand.' He thought as the sudden warm feeling spread through his entire body.

''Ugh, my head!'' Lin Feng mumbled because he felt something piercing his head.

Opening his eyes, Lin Feng was greeted by an abyss of darkness where he couldn't see a single thing except endless darkness.

''It's too dark!'' Lin Feng said with a frown, and suddenly two pale bluish-white lights appeared in front of him.

''What is that? Hmmm? A pair of eyes?!'' Lin Feng shouted as the pale bluish-white light transformed into a pair of eyes.

Lin Feng could feel the pair of eyes staring directly at him, or more precisely, his soul, which abruptly added pressure into his whole body.

''...W-What!? Arghhhh!!'' Lin Feng screamed with terror as the familiar interior of the temple appeared in his view.

Lin Feng fell on the ground while gasping and breathing heavily.

''Huu… Huu… What was that!?'' Lin Feng muttered while shivering.

''Even though it wasn't a trash martial soul, it's still a poor quality martial soul!!'' Su Yuntao's word made Lin Feng frown.

'Sigh~ What was that?' Lin Feng thought before ignoring Su Yuntao's arrogant words.

Even though only in a split second, Lin Feng thought in his heart he would die after being watched by those eyes in the darkness.

''Hmm? A sword?'' Lin Feng muttered when he realized that his martial spirit is a one-edge iron sword, which has a sharp edge.

''Weird...'' Lin Feng muttered as Su Yuntao approached him with a blue crystal in his hand.

''Here,'' Su Yuntao said while handing the blue crystal.

''Let's test your spirit power.'' He added before making Lin Feng touch the crystal.

Even though not as bright as Tang San when he tested his spirit power, the blue crystal still shone with dim blue light. Implying Lin Feng had spirit energy in his body power.

''Hmph, not bad.'' Su Yuntao said indifferently.

''Spirit power, level 5. Even though not as good as the blue silver grass boy, you have a good talent!'' He added, making the quiet Tang San stare at him questionably..

'Blue silver grass boy? Tang San thought with a wry smile on his face while looking at the grass on his hand.

Lin Feng calmly nodded his head before walking away from the awakening circle.

'Should I invite him to join spirit hall?' Su Yuntao thought with a little conflict in his heart.

'No, I will not swallow my pride!' Su Yuntao added with a frown because his previous remark to Lin Feng is still in his head.

''Next!'' He shook his head and another kid walked into the awakening circle.

''Ughh, my body feels a little numb.'' Lin Feng groaned a little bit as he walked toward Tang San and old Jack.

''Lin Feng! Are you fine!?'' Old Jack asked him with a concerned expression on his face.

''Un!'' Lin Feng nodded with a smile and embarrassedly said, ''I was just a little shocked.''

''Aiya, good for you...'' Old Jack released a breath of relief. Even though he only met Lin Feng yesterday, somehow, he had an urge to protect him.

'He's still a child after all.' Old Jack thought with little sadness while remembering Lin Feng's story yesterday.

''Are you fine?'' Tang San asked with a little awkwardness.

''Yes.'' Lin Feng nodded his head with a little smile.

''Okay.'' Tang San nodded before turning his attention to the awakening circle.

After the spirit awakening ceremony, Lin Feng stood in front of Old Jack's house and in the corner of his eyes, he could see Su Yuntao talking to Old jack.

'What are they talking about?' Lin Feng thought with a little frown.

''Hmm? He's giving a letter to Grandpa jack?'' He muttered as Su Yuntao walked away and left while old Jack stood motionlessly on the ground.

''What happened grandpa Jack?'' Lin Feng asked worriedly while approaching old jack.

''Ah! Lin Feng!'' Old Jack came out from his dze and smiled awkwardly at Lin Feng.

''You and Tang San got a recommendation letter from the esteemed spirit grandmaster to study on Nuoding academy.'' He said with a warm smile.

''Eh?'' Lin Feng tilted his head in confusion.

''That's good... I guess?'' He added before smiling brightly at old jack.

'Sigh, I need to check something.' Lin Feng thought.

''Grandpa jack, do you know where the nearest river is?'' Lin Feng suddenly asked.

''Oh, It's close to Tang San's house. After reaching there, take a turn towards the east.''

''Un! thank you!'' Lin Feng nodded thankfully.

''Why are you asking for the nearest river?'' Old jack curiously asked with a little smile.

''I want to catch fish for us, so we could eat grilled fish tonight!'' Lin Feng said with a little innocent smile.

Old jack was touched by Lin Feng's word, ''What a good child!''

''Then, see you later grandpa Jack!'' Lin Feng said enthusiastically before running toward the direction of Tang San's house.

''I'll back in the evening!'' He added.

(Woof!) Kro's growled.

''Yeah, I know that you're bored! Just wait for a bit.'' Lin Feng said as he arrived in front of Tang San's house.

''Hmm? Y-You had a twin martial soul!'' shouted a voice of man, which made a frown appear on Lin Feng's face.

*Brak!*

*Crack!*

A few voices of cracked glass and woods sounded from the house.

'This voice should be Tang San's father, right?' He thought and really wanted to eavesdrop but decided not to do it because of the threatening presence of Tang San's father.

'Sigh...I'm too weak.' Lin Feng thought as he took a turn to the east.

''Maybe I should use that already.'' Lin Feng muttered while thinking about body tempering pills in his inventory as he never really had time to use it.

''Well, I just died yesterday.'' He added with a helpless smile.

''After coming into this village, I became too lazy and will instantly fall asleep after coming into grandpa jack's house.'' He said before shaking his head.

After a few minutes of running, Lin Feng arrived at the river with clear water and a patch of grass on its surrounding.

''Grey, Open my status!''
