A first breakthrough
"The e-energy strings...are no longer blue. They've turned yellow," His voice came almost in a whisper.
Liesl immediately reverted to a state of smog and allowed herself to go into his body.
Just like he had said, the energy strings had turned yellow. Not just that, but also the blue energy of flame had finally disappeared, leaving behind only the small ball of yellow flame.
The smog came back out of his body and became the black cat once again.
"Sire, your body has finally adapted to the cursed energy that has been growing inside of you and as such, it has affected the energy you are channeling into your body. Your body has finally maneuvered the spiritual energy you cultivate to suit your spirit core. However, your spirit core is yet to be awakened.
