Chapter 305: The Mountain Lord Submits and Returns to Heaven

Facing the Beizhou Mountain Lord, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva held his Zen Staff and thrust it toward the ground, from which Buddha's Light rose thousands of feet, enveloping the skies and charging towards the Beizhou Mountain Lord.

Seeing Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva taking action himself, the eyes of the Beizhou Mountain Lord glowed more fiercely, showing no intention of giving up resistance. Monster Qi raged wildly around him as he flickered, attempting to avoid the attack of the Buddha's Light.

But the Buddha's Light seemed to possess intelligence, chasing after the Mountain Lord as he dodged.

Struck by the Buddha's Light, the Mountain Lord tumbled to the ground, feeling dizzy and disoriented. It took all his strength to stand up again; had his physical form not been so robust, he feared that strike would have forced him to reveal his true form.
