Chapter 5: The wives I abandoned in another world have moved to mine!

Two and a half weeks had passed. Akihiro came home after his morning workout and decided to meditate. Meditation helped push away all the troubling thoughts. It helped him focus.

Thanks to this, his guitar sessions became more effective. At the very least, he managed to finish a song, and he didn't feel as crappy as before.

Of course, my playing is far from perfect. My voice seems good, but it's not as hopeless as I thought. This week, I'll be dedicating time only to improving my guitar playing.

Three weeks had passed since Akihiro returned to his home world. He sat in a music studio and played a relatively intricate electric guitar solo. A drop of sweat ran down his cheek and fell to the floor. He finished playing, and there were loud and prolonged claps echoing throughout the studio.

Yasuhiro – Akihiro's friend stared at him in amazement.

"Damn, Akihiro! And you seriously learned to play like this on your own? Without any superpowers or something?"

"The only thing I used was my concentration. So I don't know if it's cheating or not."

"Hmm, I think you shouldn't worry about it. After all, you often complained that you could never concentrate on anything, even when you wanted to, so I'm glad you found a solution to the problem. I was thinking of asking my mother for some pills to recommend." Akihiro smiled.

"Thank you, Yasu..."

Everything is good now. I feel much calmer; I feel that I can make it. Maybe sooner or later, I will be able to forget them.

Suddenly, the house and room shook violently.

"Earthquake? They didn't say anything on the news." Yasuhiro wondered. Akihiro started feeling a lump in his throat, a strong stomachache, and a terrible feeling of nausea.

"Akihiro? Are you okay? It's a strange earthquake; it seems the house is shaking, but not really. Maybe I'm just dizzy..." Yasu said, clutching his head. Aki and Yasu left the room and went to the TV.

Aki turned on the news and immediately dropped the remote. It was the first time in his life that Yasuhiro saw Akihiro so scared. He looked at the TV screen and saw a reporter filming a large blue rift in the sky, from which living creatures began to emerge.

"What the..." Yasuhiro collapsed on the sofa. Akihiro just froze, forgetting how to blink or breathe.

Coming out of the portal were mature beautiful women: a muscular Amazon with brown eyes and a curious expression.

A blue-haired woman with black eyes who looked indifferent to everything around, a light blue-haired woman in a maid's outfit with red sorrowful eyes.

A blonde woman with cold golden eyes, a small burn on her face. She has a blood-thirsty gaze.

A purple-haired woman with golden eyes, looking not as petite as before, with a confident and stern look.

All the other girls from Akihiro's harem also stepped out of the portal, with a white-haired woman with blue eyes being the last.

There was no hint of joy or friendliness on her face. Her gaze was full of hatred, a thirst for murder, and rage. She didn't smile and looked bitter and unhappy. Her body had grown, much larger than before; she now looked more muscular and robust. Her frame seemed even sturdier than the amazon's. She was the tallest among all the girls, although she used to be one of the shortest.

But it wasn't just her body that had changed. The girl with salad-green hair and pink eyes, who previously had the most perfect body among them all, had gained a significant amount of weight. If she once looked vibrant and joyful, she now appeared severely depressed and gloomy.

The girls from the portal were surrounded by a massive army. Tanks, fighter jets, guns, all aimed at the girls who looked indifferently at it all. The president quickly approached them, stepping out of his car surrounded by hundreds of guards.

"What is your purpose?" asked the president.

"We have no intention of causing inconvenience to you or your world. All we want is to form an alliance. As the queen of Alarian Empire, I would like to establish an alliance with your leader," the violet-haired woman with golden eyes responded calmly and confidently.

"Yo, what's even going on, dude?" Yasuhiro turned to Akihiro.

Alliance? Alliance? Alliance? What's happening? What alliance? They came here to form an alliance? What are the odds they came here not because of me but because they found a way to travel between worlds and decided to establish contact with its representatives? At least there's a chance. She didn't say something like, 'We demand you hand over Ass, or you will be destroyed.' That would've been a red flag. But maybe it's just a coincidence, a silly coincidence. Such things happen. Maybe I shouldn't worry. All I have to do is absorb my mana and never use it for the rest of my life. Simple. That way, there's a chance they won't notice me. I might also dye my hair and maybe get colored contact lenses. Yes, I'll do that.

"Yo, Akihiro, you good? Tongue-tied from the shock or what?"

"Haha, wow, they're from another world, Yasuhiro! Never seen anything like it! I wonder if they genuinely want to be allies or are they enemies? Curious, super curious."

Sweat was pouring from Akihiro's face as he laughed nervously.

"Hey, since your lying skills are straight-up trash, I'm getting this vibe that this has something to do with your powers. Is that a thing or am I trippin'?"

"You're trippin', definitely trippin'. I've never seen them before. And actually, my powers are gone... forever."

"Gone? Dude, stop capping!"

"Man, I'm for real. Look, there was a limit to how often I could use it. It was like a trial free period. They told me if I wanted these powers to stay with me forever, I'd have to sell my soul, you get me? But I ain't down for that. I mean, they're kinda lame, don't you think? Like, who would I even use them against, right?" said Akihiro.

"Either you've leveled up your BS skills in the week you've been gone, or you're actually serious. Ha, well, it kinda sounds legit. You've always been like this, first you get super obsessed with something and go all out, but then drop it 'cause it gets too hard or boring," Yasuhiro pondered with a smirk.

"Yeah, yeah, you got me figured out, Yasu-kun, haha. Anyway, kinda feel like dying my hair. Catch you later!" Akihiro quickly dashed to the store, leaving a shocked Yasuhiro behind.

The next day. Akihiro dyed his hair dark brown and wore colored lenses that made his eyes brown.

"Akihiro-kun, what happened to you?" Juzopa looked at him in surprise, with Yasuhiro beside her.

"Look, it was embarrassing to admit, but actually, since the beginning of middle school, I started wearing red contact lenses and dyed my hair black."

Yasuhiro's jaw dropped in shock.

"What the heck is he on about?"

Classmates looked at him in astonishment. Most of them started whispering instantly.

"Did he have an eighth-grader syndrome or something?"

"I always thought it was weird. People can't naturally have red eyes."

"Guess he wanted to stand out or something."

Juzopa just grinned. She leaned in close and whispered sweetly in his ear.

"For the past three weeks, I've been watching you closely. Every time you lie, the corners of your mouth twitch, and I can see the tip of one of your lenses. I won't spill the beans, but in return, you have to let me help you adjust that lens properly. Deal?"

Akihiro gave Juzopa an annoyed look, with her smiling as if she had bested him in some intense battle.

"Bitch," Akihiro clicked his tongue.

"Akihiro, can you please tell me what's going on?" asked Yasuhiro.

"By the way, why is no one discussing the invaders from another world? Is this like normal for you guys? Do we get people from parallel universes coming here every day or something?" Akihiro abruptly changed the subject.

Classmates immediately started whispering and in the next second completely forgot about Akihiro and Juzoppa. Yasuhiro gave Akihiro an irritated look, but two pretty girls approached Yasuhiro.

"What do you think, Kyosuke-kun?" the redhead with a braid and braces, and a brunette with brown eyes and a large breast sat next to him.

"Me? Ha... I mean... I... I find it all pretty intriguing..." Yasuhiro began conversing with the girls, while Akihiro exited the classroom with Juzoppa.

They went into a bathroom stall. The girl pressed against him, and Akihiro lowered his gaze to see her bust in a lovely purple lace lingerie. Juzoppa smiled sweetly.

"Do you like it?"

"Proud of them or something? You know they were given to you by mother nature, not something you achieved. You should be proud of legs or a butt; there's nothing special about breasts - just flesh. But the lingerie's nice, I admit." Akihiro said calmly, staring at her chest. Juzoppa recoiled in shock.

"How did you find out I wear lenses? I checked several times to make sure nothing was protruding. From what I've researched, you can only notice them if you know where to look. If you knew where to look, it implies you wear lenses yourself, am I right?" Akihiro looked intently at the girl, who just realized her defeat.

"Just fix my lenses quickly and let's end this charade." The girl obediently nodded and approached him. Gently and carefully, she touched his lens while resting a knee on the toilet seat, subtly rubbing Akihiro's groin.

"And what do you think are you doing?"

"You said to be proud of one's legs, and mine are beautiful, aren't they?" Juzoppa whispered into his ear again.

"Is this, like, your thing, whispering in my ear? Can't you speak normally or do you always need to whisper when you're saying something weird? Did you know your breath smells like garlic?"

"Garlic...?" The girl's eyes widened in horror. She breathed into her hand and sniffed it, frowning.

"It doesn't smell! You're making things up!"

"Man, I straight up smelled garlic, fish, and wet dog all over you."

"How? You couldn't possibly! I shower multiple times and use perfume! Besides, that smell isn't from me, it's from my father!"

"I don't care. Just know that I'm uncomfortable with you this close. You're invading my personal space." Akihiro stood up from the toilet and forcefully pushed the door, pinning the girl against it. Juzoppa blushed deeply, while Akihiro looked at her coldly and arrogantly.

"By the way, one more crucial thing. No one in this world has the right to blackmail me. No matter who you think you are, or whatever high horse you're on, I won't let anyone blackmail me. No one." – Akihiro clenched his fist, making the girl tremble intensely.

"I-I... got it... It won't happen again..."

"If you ever try to blackmail me again, I'll slice up that pretty face of yours and feed it to the dogs. You understand?" The girl nodded.

Akihiro slammed his hand against the stall door, causing the girl to slightly recoil and fall to the ground. Akihiro walked past her and exited the restroom. The girl's cheeks turned a deep red. She touched her face.

"He said my face is pretty, right? So, he does find me attractive, teehee. No, you're the cutie, Aki-chan. You're such a sweetie, heeheeheehee... heeheeheehee." The girl radiated an aura of love, laced with a hint of madness in her laughter.
