WARNING

I was running at full speed. I stop next to the weirdly shaped rock. I took the book out and I look at the map.

I have to turn west now. OK! Lets go again! I start again to run at a full speed but it took literally only 2 seconds. I couldn't not move my feet at the full speed anymore.... I stayed for a second in air and I crash to the ground.... I... again I was going down like a wheel... and of course.... I hit a tree.... with my face....

*THUD*

... That hurt... That hurt so much... Aaah now I was lying on the green grass. Whimpering in pain like a puppy.... Shit!

I got slowly up. At first I felt immense pain in my whole body but after starting to walk, with every step the pain was slowly reducing.

To be a main character in a anime means that even if you broke every bone in your body you still can go on and fight even if you feel incredible pain but I'm not in a anime I'm in a cartoon, so the pain is already gone and even if I was going with... don't know how many kilometers per hours and crash directly in a tree.

....I'm fine. No broken bones, no wounds or even blood.... Except the little pain that I feel in my chest... I'm perfectly fine.

TO BE AN CARTOON PROTAGONIST ROCKS!!!!

I walk a couple of minutes dragging the sword after me, making to occasionally hear some metallic noises when I hit a rock.

I was thinking that I had to look at the map again but when I turn my head right I saw a .... cave. Why that pause before the word "cave"? Is because the cave entrance have torches and some weird statues of some gnomes holding a rhombus rock, at the both sides of the cave.

Yep, this is it. I hold the red sword with both hands looking at the entrance. It was too dark to see I could only see a bit of the floor. It was made with blocks of rock and some vines on the floor.

I walk slowly toward the cave. I enter in the darkness. The warm that the sun gave me left me and the cold from the cave sorrounded my body, fortunately my jacket keep me warm.

*thud*..... *thud*.... *thud*.....*thud*

Every step that I made was full of wariness, looking left and right my eyes get used with the darkness and I could see the cave not only infinite darkness.

I was in a dungeon's hall like you see in every manga, the floor and walls are made of blocks of rocks with some vines growing between cracks, there are some pillars stick to the walls and some torches that would only provide a bit of light.

The light of the torches and the pillars made some perfect blind spots for someone to jump out and slit my throat, but they are also perfect for me to hide in the dark and kill my targets.

*crunch"

It was a soft, short noise. If it was not completely silence around me I would probably miss it, but I hear it.

I move fast to the side hiding the shadow behind a pillar.

*crunch* *CRUNCH*

The sound became more louder, in the dark I could see something moving toward the light.

*THUD*

It was too fast to see. But something big flew fast out of the shadow and hit the wall.

I didn't get out of the shadow. I stay in my place being careful to hide my sword in the shadow to not let any light reflect in the blade and destroy my hiding.

*thud*... *thud*...*clunk*.... *thud*...*thud*

Something is coming. I say "something" because even if I don't see it because the torches don't really give much light. I see the outline of the thing that most likely just hit the wall with whatever was that.

From the dark a black foot with big black shiny claws appears, attach to that foot was a goblin look alike, it was all black but the eyes were red like the fresh blood.

Claws at feet and hands and from its lips some huge black fangs sticking out. The black goblin go to the wall, getting past me, not even noticing me. Every step made a sharp and short sound everytime when its big claws meet rock floor.

".....GyaHiehHiegGya,.... "

*Crunch* *Riiiip* *Crunch*

Some creepy and weird and whispering and then I hear how the monster started to eat something.... crunchy?

I couldn't see anything the pillar was in the way, but my guts told me that I should be thankful for it.

I watch my steps and I look past the pillar.

What I'm seeing right now would make veterans throw up.

.... The thing that hit the wall... It wasn't a thing.... It was a person... and.... and now the black goblin is eating it... His mouth was huge biting the raw flesh, pulling it out of it bones and then chewing it up....

This... Th-this should made me throw up to make me run away.... but... but it doesn't. Is like seeing a dead of a background character in a movie. I feel nothing... WHY I FEEL NOTHING!!

I put my right hand on my head... I feel a bit of pain.... Images.... Partners in battle.... Humanoids full of blood.... Corpses... All these images flash before my eyes in a incredible speed but I could see clearly what they have in common.

In all of them somebody been killed and in all these scenes Finn was there as the friend the poor companions say their last goodbye or as the murderer who let the victim scream and curses him till their last breath.

.... Mental Fusion.... These memories... This is what Finn from this world had to witness and endure.... Yeah... for him this is nothing, if I want to play his role I have to man up....

I get out behind the and I grab the sword with my both hands.

The monster didn't even notice me it was too concentrate on its "meal".

A couple of steps and I was right behind it. I take the position and...

*Slash*

The thing head roll down the hall... The thing didn't had blood it was like a puppet the body just fell down on top of his victim.

*Ding*

*Ding*

I hear some noises from the system but I don't bother to check what is about. I have to concentrate on the mission.

P.O.V Chance

*AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS*

3 black goblings walk in the hall, searching for some fool who dare to enter in their dungeon and to end up being eating alive, or some corpses that been lying on the sides.

One goblin was walking in front and two were walking side by side in the back.

When they go past a pillar from the darkness two blue icy light appear in the darkness the pillar provided. The goblins didn't see the two lights but the lights were looking directly at them.

"Gyah..... "

The goblin in front looked back and see just one of his two friends were with him. The goblind shout something at the other and turn his head looking for their lost friend. When it turn its head back to the goblin only to see nothing, he realized that he was alone.

*slash*

One smut move and the head of the goblin roll down getting past the 2 "friends" of him.

From the shadow get out Finn. His blue eyes shine in the dark making him look intimating. He start to walk slowly with his sword in his both hands and ready to strike down anything that would dare to jump at him in the shadow.

Behind him is a sigh that would gave shivers to the toughest men, tens of corpes of headless goblin, the headless were the luckiest ones, next to the headless goblind were also some poor ones who dare to dodge and fight back ending without their hands or feet.

If you look closely in Finn's eyes you would definitely see how empty they actually are.... like he was just a soulless puppet ready to destroy everything in his way.
