Side-Chapter 5.1 - Loki's Mischief

"Isn't that man... Oh! the young lad! Hoho, what fun!", a visage of young man in his 20's looked amused in the images projected in the monitor.

Well, that's Loki. And the reason why he's here is for pissing someone, he's inside of their surveillance room via sneaking.

Since Joshua came at their home, Valhalla, he can't be completely comfortable with his presence near. You can say he really disliked Joshua's presence, and he will never change. Joshua sits alone, crying.

Loki was laughing out loud because of Joshua's dumb behaviour, he can't even let a normal breath as he would die in a minute if he continue his laughter.

"Greatest Zeus, this is so hilarious, HAHAHAHAHAHA!", Loki kept rolling hard while laughing.

After sometimes, he abruptly stopped and calm himself. And then he got bored.

He looked around, trying to find something worth of his enjoyment. After searching here and there he finally found it and a creepy smile formed in his face, the two items that will decide Joshua's hardship inside the training room". A lever that adjusts the difficulty inside the training room which Joshua was, and a computer with it's screen showing a certain "Tasks".

(The difficulty means the harshness of the obstacles inside the room, this were divided into five groups : Easy, Medium, Hard, Extreme, and Mythical. Task were the objectives that the trainees inside the training room need to do, from basic work out and normal fighting style to abnormality)

Whistling, he changed the settings and completely make it a definition of bloody murder, after the changes he press "done" and left quietly. Unbeknownst to him, a silhouette of a woman were hiding in shadows and watching him doing his mischievousness.

The woman were worried about Joshua, but there's nothing he can do against the orders of the old man. Knowing that Loki changed the tasks to a suicidal task, she didn't do anything at the command computer setter and just leave hints for Joshua to at least survive at his sooner torment.

"Soon, my darling. I'm sorry for not helping you, promise I'll be there next time", She said and started to disappear like smoke.

He was sweating so much as he stopped his "weapon calling" and just take a 10 km run that he really don't know if it's already done or not, heared a voice announcement. The announcement make his soul leave his body, and he wants to leave now in this torture room if he would undergo in what announcement was saying.

"Attention, the trainees inside the training room will undergo into Suicidal Mode. The trainees would experience inhuman training at harshest methods, starting into :

- 900 miles run (per day)

- 300 push ups with 3 ton weigh at back (per day)

Joshua were speechless, as if he have seen a demon.

"Dear God, please have mercy...", Joshua only gulped.

He can't do this!

He cursed the gods that were responsible with this training, he then heard another announcement.

"Trainees were better to prepare, God's are watching you"

A man holding his phone suddenly sneeze.

"Did someone were just talking about me?"

Side-Chapter 5.2 - The Family's Bond and Jessica's Work

"La La La La La~"

A woman on her 50's were singing while cleaning her family's emptied plates and dishes. This was Ann Salvacion, the widow and the only left parents of her three childs with her husband Fernando Salvacion. She sighed as her mind drifted on their past, happy memories with her husband and childs. But her thoughts were immediately cutted off when she heard rustling behind her, her reaction were late as the culprit already made their move.

"Hey, Ma! You done there?", a cute voice came out behind her making her gasp. The one's who spooked her was no one otherthan her own daughter, Ashleigh Salvacion, age 12. Her daughter's brown hair were quite unique than her other childs, because Ashleigh is the only one who got her father's hair color. Matching with her cute and innocent attitude was her round Auburn Eyes, and sharp nose with her pinky cheeks. Ashleigh giggled at her mother's reaction, but deep inside she's afraid of her.

"Dios Mio Marimar! You brat! Are you trying to kill your mother by giving me a heart attack!", the old woman started to pummel Ashleigh with her hand holding the sponge and the girl blocked her relentless attacks with her hands.

"Stop, mother! I'm just joking! I don't want you to have a cardiac arrest so soon!"

"Ah! so you want me have heart attack nit now but soon! You bratty child!"

"Ughhh... Stop it mom!"

The two continued their banter while a silhouette of a man on his 18 were slowly going towards the sink, Ann noticed it and his smile turned to frown. Ashleigh became silent as the man reached his destination, the man vomited on the sink as the two peculiarly looked at him.

"Bleeeurrghhh...!"

He continued vomiting as Ann and Ashleigh already gathered in one place, he stopped and looked at them with a goofy smile.

"Dear God, Gregor! You're drunk again!", Ann glared at her problem child angrily. Ashleigh fumbled her fingers and start sweating, with sadness on her face.

"Oh, yeah! I'm drunkkkkk *hic* again. You *hic* happy?", Gregor disrespectfully spat on his mother.

His mother place her palm on her face, disappointed at her child's manners.

"Clean yourself, don't let Joshua see that state of yours", his mother warned him.

"Joshua... Joshua! it's always Joshua! why are you always going at that mongrel's side!", Gregor shouted at his mother.

"He's giving us our sustenance and other things, even your mone-", he cutted his mother's words.

He was slapped by his crying mother, clearly because of pity on her own child's self.

"You're so selfish, Gregor...", his mother said to him.

"Mother, let's... let's go upstairs. Brother can care for himself", Ashleigh said in lowly tone while tugging her mother's shirt.

"All right...", Ann leaved her son alone in the kitchen.

Gregor silently pour water on a glass and drink it.

"Selfish? I'm not selfish. I only need your attention, nothing else"

The cold wind continued its breeze, making a pleasent sound of grass moving by the force of wind and cricket sounds.

(Meanwhile, inside a room at Love Hotel)

Moans and Raspy breaths resounded inside a certain room, specifically and literally intimacy sounds.

Side-Chapter 5.3 - Zeus' Homerun!

After some minutes of searching the bathroom, I finally found it. It was an Onsen, like Japanese but extremely large. Not wasting my time, I took off my clothes and jumped off at the hot water.

"Ahhh~", I moaned with delight. The sore feeling I've endured from my training quickly leave my body, and I feel energised afterwards. After some time of dipping my hot bud in the warm water, I go near a mirror at the side of the Hot spring only to be shocked at my transformation. My body became more muscular because of that hellish training, I even have developed a rare kind of Abdominal muscles, and that is 8 packed Abs. my brown eyes became light brown, and my face became more mably than before. And my hair, because of the training became long so I cutted it many times inside the room. I was surprised after I took a bath, my hair became soft and smooth!

During my training, I've got one corner of the room filled of my cutted hair!

Speaking of before, I am not that muscular as I didn't usually exercise. My hair were shabby and I have dandruff, but now I haven't. and my little ones were... small, I cried inwardly as I remembered my torturous days.

In terms of Uhh... lower body, I was surprised that my little ones that were only 5 before become 10!

"If some God of Luck blessed me, then I am willing to pay you", I looked at my short and little... no, long and big friend with joy. I grab some shampoo and use it on my head.

"Haha, then I am the one you should thank. my friend", A voice comes through behind me. I look behind and see Ganesha, with his towel wrapped on his lower body.

"By the way, What's your name? I still didn't know you, Dad and mom just facepalmed at me when I asked your name", Ganesha said lowering his hand to grab shampoo.

"Ah. My name is Joshua", I said as I rinse myself.

"Joshua, why did you got locked inside of that room?", Ganesha asked innocently and I flinch.

*Did his father hid my torment schedule to him?*

"Just training, nothing more", I said as I wrapped my lower body with towel.

"Ah, I remember that there's a Grand Recalling today. Are you going? They said that the Chosens would get in Valhalla in each year for visiting us, the gods", Ganesha asked.

"I will attend that, and thanks for the information. About your father, sorry", I apologize at Ganesha.

"Nah, Dad were always pranking everybody here but he's kind too. Uncle Loki on the other hand, were much more an evil prankster", Ganesha said to me while rinsing his head.

"Oh, Okay. Bye then", I said as I walked out in the bath.

I weared casual outfit for the ceremony, no need to be fabulous right? I wear these : Black Cotton Shirt with words Imprinted "FUCK OFF" for the top, Gray jacket tied on my Pelvis, Navy Blue Jeans, and Blue coloured Combat Boots. I have a room before I trained, so I am there while changing. I won't change on the hall you know?

"Done", I said as I go outside my room. I walk towards the place, many eyes looked at me with wonder but I ignored them. I changed my heart into stone after Jessica break up with me, and my overreacting turned into unfazed emotion.

I enter the massive court again, Zeus was near the door and greeted me with a smile.

"Hoho, seems like the young lad finally appeared", he said.

We then walk descending towards the center of the court were there are three chairs present, Odin occupied the right chair and the two chairs were empty. I wondered why there's three chair but brush it off. Zeus sitted in the middle chair and then pointed his hand on the chair on his left side that were empty.

"Sit here, young lad", he said.

"God Zeus, I can't go there. What if there's another god that should sit on there?", I asked him unfazed.

"No gods would dare to sit there, now sit there", he points it again.

"O...kay", I said defeated and sit there.

*I'm still sane, and knows how to obey the elders*, I thought as I remember how I punched Síva.

"Okay, Okay. We will start now the ceremony of Great Recall!", Zeus said in normal voice but it's as if the gods in the most farthest corner of the room heard it. Cheers resounded in the whole court coming from the gods, Zeus cleared his throat a they became quiet. He looked at Odin and They started to speak in a language that I don't understand, but I chose to be silent. After their chant, a large circle made of runes emitting blue light was formed in our front. I didn't move and asked, I just look at it until another forms of light appeared inside of the circle. This time I correctedly guessed what are they.

The lights continue to formed until they became human sized light, and the lights suddenly disappeared and show fourteen men in replacement.

"Yo Gramps! How your life?"

"Hello Gods of Valhalla, it's nice to see you again"

"Hello m*therf*ckers!"(7)

silence enveloped the whole room and the one who said the last nervously laughed.

"I mean, Hello there", he embarrassedly said.

"Pfft", Síva laughed. I looked at him and he stopped laughing, seems like he got scared of me. His body got bruised and have a bandage in his stomach, well that's where I've hit him.

"Don't worry, I won't beat your sh*t this time. Continue what you do, Síva", I said at him making him feel with ease.

"What?", the summoned group suddenly looked at me then at Síva.

Síva understood them and just nod, making them look at me again with shocked look on their faces.

Zeus then coughed to wave the tension away, and then greet them.

"Welcome again to Valhalla, Dear Chosens", he greeted them then look at me.

"You should know the truth, You were one with them. You were chosen by the gods.", his words earned gasps at the summoned chosens but I look at him unfazed.

"I already know", I said like I've dropped a bomb, making Zeus look at me with disbelief. He then start to tremble crazily, I panicked.

"Get off near him, Now!", Odin bellowed and I move away from Zeus. Zeus's body started to grow, his muscles emerged and his body continued growing like heck! After some time, his appearance changed. The old gramps I knew suddenly became a giant titan that scared the shit out of me, He then realised a deathly bloodlust that even the lower god's can't withstood.

"WHOOOO TOOOLLLDDDDD HIIIMMMMMMM?!!!", he bellowed with demonic voice. I looked at Síva, whose hiding in his carpet holding his head and trembling tried to run but Grampy Zeus noticed it.

"DOOONNNN'TTT RUUNNNNN SSSSSÍVVVVAAAA!!!", he jumped at Síva making Síva shriek like a girl. Zeus grabbed Síva's foot and propelled his body, Zeus will perform a throw!

"AhhhhhHHHHH!", Síva shrieked as he was thrown above by Zeus. No one said anything for a minute, but then the silence were broken of one of the Chosen.

"HOMERUNNNNNN!!!!", He shouted making the other gods cheer Zeus. Clearly forgotting the awkwardness of the act, the old man were like being cheered as he dance like a crazy duck flapping it's wings. I didn't tried to laugh even it's funny, because I don't want to be like Shiva that was still above.

Just another Unlucky day for Síva.
