I Will See You Again/Chapter 9

After a while, I knew nothing would stop me from thinking, nothing would stop my mind from wondering about, wondering about the word, What if?

She told me in her own word "Me and you, we are not finished yet" Those words are stucked on replay in my head, and am unsure what to make of it at this point.

I haven't seen her for weeks, what if? she had gone back to her country, what if? she had forgotten her promise, what if? I was the only one thinking we could have been more; sincerely my anxieties were beginning to kick in at this point.

Sincerely, I hate it! not know what she was thinking if or whether she had me at all in her mind like I did her.

It made me wonder if I was good enough at all ; lonely, I was lonely at heart and all I felt at times was sadness and abandonment.

"Soo Yeon! someone's here to see you." one of the guys who worked in the company called to me.

I was a bit anxious at this sudden call but my teammates stared at me, and I, at them as I made my way to the door.

The sight that welcomed me was the one I longed for the most, all day long, year in and year out.

When she turned around with her curly afro hair bouncing up and down with her body movement, I felt my legs move on their own.

As I got closer, I drew her closer in with one hand wrapped around her waist and gave a kiss, a long kiss with tongue and all.

I was happy she didn't resist but when our lips separated I could feel her saliva lingering in my mouth, and the desire for more, I saw her eyes staring at me cutely and body longing for more.

I drew her in for a hug "Don't leave me again, I beg!" I told her as our embrace got tighter in at that point, it felt as though our seculation were being cut off.

"I can't breath!" she called out tapping me to losing up as I leasing my hugs.

"You were about to hug me to death, haven't you heard of a death hugs before?" she said smiling nervously.

So I had this effect on her and not just her on me, cute.

"Hi, guys" she said looking behind me as I saw my teammates staring at us with smirks and smiles on their faces.

Oh shit, they saw me kiss her; couldn't be helped, I've been longing for her for way to long and I felt that if I went on any further I would have snapped.

But wait? how come she's here?

"Why did you come?" I asked her as that question drew back her attention from the guys to me.

She smiled before saying those words that kill me piece by piece.

"I came to say a proper good bye" as her facial expression change "I felt it was the right thing to do before going back....."

"When are you leaving?" I said cutting her off

"Tomorrow" I felt a restriction in my air flow, as though my heart stopped beating, out of sadness, as I abruptly let go of her hand.

"So this means goodbye then?" I said as I moved towards the wall in hope she doesn't see me in a messed up state, little drops of tears began to fall down my cheeks bones.

"Hey!" she called out as she came closer.

"Hey, look at me." as she brought my face back into the light, my face soaked with tears.

"I came to confirm something, and I have, so now I know...I don't wanna lose whatever this is, so I promise you, this is not the end, it's just the beginning, the beginning of our own love story, a love story for the ages" she said smiling as light tear drops fell on her cheeks.

"You're like a relic, priceless and important. Do you know why it's precious? It takes time to accuire it and not just that, it's most fascinating features is that it's 'Fragile' and fragile things needs special attention, that's what you are, and I, love fragile things"

I stared as she did too holding her hands up to my face wiping off my tears as they fell to my cheeks, why was every encounter with her like this?

"Do you wanna be with me?" A question I never thought she'd ever ask. I was shocked at the question but when I didn't respond she asked again.

"Do you wanna be mine?....my boyfriend?" I didn't hesitate to respond this time to question I always longed for as I nodded in agreement, smiled and hugged her tightly again.

"That's good but I still have to travel back to New York tomorrow" she said as we hugged each other, when we stopped hugging she looked at me, with the sincerest eyes I'd ever seen as she spoke.

"It's gonna be a long distance kind of relationship and I don't know how you feel about it" she spoke really fast "I still have a year of loads of work to do and stuff to figure out around me and my ex keeps coming back and am not sure what to..."

"Your ex?"

"Yeah, I told you I was in a relationship but the truth is there is problem in paradise and things hasn't be figured out yet then, but now am sure" she said with the biggest smile I'd ever seen.

"So if you're okay with this conditions I would like to be more than just a Muse but your lover"

"Yes, yes I would love that" I told her hugging her again as my teammates clapped in the background as they congratulated me.

She spoke with my teammates for a while but suddenly stood up to live, normally my defense mechanism kicked in as she made her way to the front door.

"Are you living me again?" I asked as my expression and mood changed, it does that constantly when I'm with her, afraid I won't see her ever again.

"No! I'm going to use the restroom, or do you wanna come with?" she asked as she winked at me naughtily as I shyly let go of her her hand, my teammates giggle at my reaction to her statement.

I sat back thinking "She's finally mine"
