When Audra's mum dies, she goes back home, even knowing she would finally have to face his first love, Chris – who’s also his foster brother. Mom's funeral and wake were finally scheduled for Thursday.
This was good, as it gave me a couple of days to wrap my head around everything while I also kept busy with the arrangements. Chris was a big help with everything and we both decided to let the idea sink until after the funeral before we talk about it any further or make any more decisions.
I was also weighing this decision and its impact on my personal life. Yes, it isn't a permanent decision, but it's a big one, and it was going to affect my life and relationships.
Which brought me to Robb.
He has been incredibly supportive and understanding with this situation but I wasn't sure it was right to make this decision fully on my own.
I haven't told him about the condition of the will yet, not cause I didn't want to, but because he was incredibly busy with work at the moment and I rather talk to him in person.
