I'm His Only Love
When Audra's mum dies, she goes back home, even knowing she would finally have to face his first love, Chris – who’s also his foster brother. After what appears to have been a pretty painful breakup, they’ve been avoiding each other over the past 11 years. But will the pain of the loss bring them back together? Or would the bad memories be too much? The journey from here only gets more eventful, when her mum leaves a surprise condition on her will that would turn Audra’s life around.
OLD FRIENDS
After our talk a few weeks ago, I decided to contact Claire. She was really excited that I was in town and soon enough, we were texting almost every day and planning to get together.
Later that day, after I cleaned up the mess and gave up on cleaning the cabinets – at least till we get a new, secure ladder – I made lunch for both of us. I had been seeing less of Chris lately, as he got busy with another project and, in my case, the workload usually lightened these summer months.
But companies had to start preparing for Halloween and Christmas usually in the Summer, so Chris had already been working on animation shorts for companies for a month or two.
In my case, as an artist who sells prints, stationery and merchandising, I do usually launch a few new things every year and I work earlier on them too, just not so early and not under so much pressure.
