When Audra's mum dies, she goes back home, even knowing she would finally have to face his first love, Chris – who’s also his foster brother. After what appears to have been a pretty painful breakup, they’ve been avoiding each other over the past 11 years. But will the pain of the loss bring them back together? A QUEST FOR LOVE
*Audra's POV, past.
As soon as we came out of view, I started questioning Chris about his conversation with Kyle. To my surprise, he had found out pretty quickly as Kyle simply admitted his feelings for Claire as soon as Chris asked.
"Wow, okay, that part was easier than I expected." I said with my eyebrows lifted in surprise.
"I know, but I think bringing them together might be the problem here, Kyle doesn't seem very sure of himself, he sort of said that he doesn't feel worthy of her."
"And then there were two." I rolled my eyes. "I do think Kyle hides with his jokes and funny personality a lot of his insecurities, huh?"
"Yeah, I've seen that too. He's only ever vulnerable when you get to know him and he trusts you like, we've only seen that side of him recently and it's still rare."
