Upgrading the Forces

"Guess we can speed up our progress but before that let's do one final upgrade to the place..."

As Klaus said that everyone present there started paying close attention to his next moves

Klaus took out just 7 books from his storage, all those books had just another kind of presence but they were unique in their own ways

As Klaus strength grew, his understanding of various techniques, arts, magics and methods also grew

He was now able to make much more stronger and profound techniques and magics but there were also drawbacks

Such a level of techniques and magic can't be mass produced, Even with all kinds of knowledge of magic, technique, art and methods

Klaus only managed to create only about 45 Tier 11 Magics, Techniques of melee weapons, assassin arts and martial arts included

That's the limit, Klaus had already recreated all the other techniques and magic in his creation that already exist in this world with the help of Apollo

But for Tier 11 Grade Techniques there were barely 15 Magics and 7 Techniques

Flame Star of Fae, Primordial Ice Breath of Luna and Star Fall of Cassie

And after that 12 Magics of Klaus himself and then techniques like Divine flames prime punishment, Tier 11 Steps, Blind Sword and Blade Flow River too

But after coming this far Klaus had understood with the help of fairies that having one main technique or magic is far more efficient than just having dozens of other techniques

"So for this upgrade, first of all Ashia... How about trying this one..."

Klaus passed a dark purple technique to Ashia, Ashia nodded and caught the technique but an immediate connection was felt by Ashia towards that one technique

She felt a little surprised but still kept it, the technique was titled as 'Shadow Sovereign' and it's presence alone felt very ominous

Next Klaus tossed other techniques to people present there too, everyone caught their techniques

Ain got sword art titled 'Heaven's 9th Gate', Isis received dagger arts called 'Mirage Blood', and Robert received the sword technique called 'Sovereignty Steps'

This one technique almost had no presence while using it and felt completely ordinary from just looks but even Gods won't dare to challenge it's strength, very perfect for Robert who had life in both light and darkness

And then there was 'Blade Flow River' for Lumina another technique Klaus used directly against Devil Lords

This was perfect for Lumina who had a flexible and sharp body of a beast woman along with deadly instincts

And 6th one for Zoya a wind elemental sword technique 'Last Tempest', this might have been the weakest technique among Tier 11 Grade Sword Techniques

But it was the thing made for Zoya whose everything was related with sword and tempest, this made this technique extremely lethal when it got in her possession

And lastly for Rindur, the Dragonoid and leader of Klaus's zeroth unit and currently the being known as 'Claw of Divine Authority' by all big shots of world

After learning and absorbing all knowledge about dragons and other races, their magic, structure and other factors

Klaus only managed to create one art or technique that could be used by races related to dragons

As a result Rindur got a mysterious technique called 'Celestial Path'

And after everyone got their things, Klaus stood up and commanded "These arts might be beyond your understanding and limits now, so try to surpass your limits later and for now distribute these techniques among others

Klaus passed many Tier 10 Grade Techniques to others, these techniques were for Klaus's army who had swore their loyalty to Klaus

So these were techniques and magics specifically for them, these will be now a signature presence for Klaus's peoples

"I will be visiting the headquarters of the Golden Turtle Organisation soon, prepare the records, it's time to introduce new changes too..."

Isis nodded in understanding and after that everyone left with satisfied faces, Klaus turned towards the window with a sigh and next moment on top of his left palm a un bloomed Pink White Lotus floated with 12 rings surrounding it

A last condition needs to be fulfilled for complete achievement of unsealed Lila_ the strongest magic of existence directly bestowed by Supreme

Klaus's body was covered in sweats and next moment the Lotus and rings both disappeared in air

'I still can't use it... Sigh... Let's see for now I have a lot to do, fuu~ according to the novel till now it was just the introduction of the world, characters and situation

As Klaus said that suddenly Merlin suddenly jumped from her seat and removed the pile of books and artifacts on her desk

As she did that a clear face of Klaus came right in front of her eyes, Merlin got startled and said

"Wh-what brings you here young master!?!"

As she said that Klaus took out 3 Tier 11 Magical Gremories he had prepared for Merlin and said

"I came to deliver your bonus but it seems like you are busy here..."

Merlin immediately dodged all the books piled around her and jumped right in front of Klaus with a bright and excited face

"No! Nothing like that! I'm sorry but being the successor of the Mage Tower seems like it will take much more time than expected..."

Klaus nodded and passed all three Gremories to her and said "Well that's within the expectations, the mage tower has authority to control most mages in the world so it's reasonable, but what about you?"

"Haha! I did a lot of research here! I seemed to have overcome many things while being here!"

Hearing Merlin's cheerful reply Klaus felt a little satisfied "Guess my decision wasn't bad, do you-"

Just as Klaus was about to say more suddenly Klaus noticed a presence approaching this place and immediately gestured Merlin and next moment both Klaus and Noir disappeared in air

Authority of False Creation _ Maya!

As Klaus became invisible next moment an old man with white beards and violet mage robe suddenly rushed inside the office with nervousness and excitement all over his face

"Me-Merlin!? Is there someone else here!?! The Sage Staff is reacting crazily!?!"

Merlin looked towards him and just replied with a straight face "There is no one here tower master, we can search the place if it's like this"

The old man immediately became disappointed and he said "We can do that! Let's go call the others!!!"

Merlin moved her gaze in the room and with a sigh she just nodded and started following the old man out of room

Klaus and Noir were still present there, Klaus stared at their backs and next moment Klaus left a telepathic message to Merlin before leaving

Merlin heard him and nodded with a smile and after saying that next moment Klaus rushed out of the room and started walking into the opposite direction to where Merlin and Old Master were going to

'It should be at the top I guess...'

As Klaus thought that next moment Noir also jumped down from Klaus's hands and both of them started looking around the place

Klaus noticed various high ranking mages all over the place, some were doing weird types of magic with doors opened

All in all it was clear that these mages were hell of an introvert, just like that Klaus suddenly arrived at the top floor of Magician Tower

The 100th floor where only Tower Master was allowed to go and if anyone even tried such things hundreds of hidden detection magic will spot and within seconds he will be burned into crisps

But it seemed like Klaus's Authority was almighty even for these situations

But as Klaus arrived at the top he noticed various weird things there like dead skeletons, ancient artifacts, bones of dragons and other such amazing things

But what seemed most alluring was a gigantic dark spherical crystals floating in the middle of a huge hall surrounded by various rings
