The Klaus was right now on his way to an open dueling platform inside the Academy, he arrived 30 minutes before the duel, he was alone right now but he and brought his 3 tier 9 subordinates and the assassins that swore loyalty to him and all of them were gaurding him in secret by getting mixed in crowd,

'There seems to be more peoples present here than I expected, was duel for position of representative that big of a deal?' Klaus thought all this while walking towards platform, along the way he saw many students, professors and even people outside of the Academy giving him thumbs-up, Klaus didn't understood what was going on and he kept going,

15 minutes have passed since he arrived and right now he was reading rule book of duel, 'So I'm not allowed to use spells and techniques above tier 5 hm~, that's not issue cause I have more of lower tier spells and techniques than high tier ones, and I have to use equipments provided by Academy and not mine, its also cool! Before going out I would be able to show my pure skills to these guys, it's good opportunity'

Suddenly the door of the room opened and Reus and his friends rushed in, they all looked more taller and their muscles were more clean and clear than before and nothing much changed in appearance or personalty in 3 years, "Hey Klaus did you really applied for this duel?" Then Yumiko came forward, she was usually very quite and only talked about swords so seeing her taking initiative everyone went silent "Did you know about him being a playboy and harassing Anna?"

Hearing this all boys made surprised face and Klaus stood up and said " He harassed Anna,!? when did that happened!?" Hearing this Ariana firstly hitted on Yumiko's back and said "Sigh~ it's been somedays since he started doing that, he started stalking Anna from two days, and we though that we will handle it ourself but this fool..."

Hearing all this a realisation came to Klaus's mind 'So, that's why Hebei suddenly disappeared after some years in drama, these girls look so innocent but their heart is so merciless'

" KLAUS DE WHITEBLOOD Please enter the stage for the duel for the position of Academy's representative!" a large shout came from outside, Klaus stood up and wore a simple leather gaurd on his chest and joints and left towards stage with a wooden sword,

When he entered the platform, it was almost like an Arena from ancient Rome, peoples were surrounding the platform, while sitting on their seats, there were various peoples, even people outside the academy were present there and many students also arrived to watch duel and various voices were shouting

" Beat the crap out of that Cu*t Sir Klaus!"

" Beat that motherfu***r! He thinks he is the only one! Arrogant bastard!"

" Defeat that bastard! Drug bastard!"

" Hebei will be hunted, that @#$#!!!"

As Klaus entered in the stadium he heard everyone cursing and was quite surprised by the amount of peoples that hatred him, ' So the crowd didn't gathered because of mine popularity but because of the haters of that bastard?'

Klaus looked in front of him and saw a young man about same height as him and short brown hairs releasing his blood lust at him, suddenly he shouted " Ha~ do you think you can win!? This isn't match of high tier spells and techniques but pure skills! You think someone like you, who is sheltered by his family from childhood can defeat me!? I trained since I was a kid! bla..bla...bla..!"

He said many things but Klaus ignored him and looked towards the crowd, suddenly referee entered platform and said " You can start the duel at count of 5

With that Hebei rushed towards Klaus with an wooden spear without any tip, Klaus seeing this just stood there and just when the spear reached 10 cm apart from Klaus's neck Hebei shouted " Fool dares to ignore me, now pay it!!!

Tier 4 Spear technique... Wind stab!!!"

"Tier 2 footwork technique... Quick step!"

And just when the spear was 5cm apart from Klaus's neck his figure blurred and next moment he was standing on right side of spear, seeing those the crowd was amazed and shouted

" That trashy technique could be used like that!?"

" That technique can only let you move 30cm in super quick moment, it is most useless footwork in duels!"

The technique Klaus used was just an Tier 2 technique and was known as most useless technique, even the creator of technique made it just for fun and show off, but the way Klaus used it will change the history,

Seeing his technique getting missed Hebei got enraged, his blood lust increased and he moved towards Klaus with red eyes and glared at him like Klaus has killed his whole family, " You dare make a fool of me!? And like that his wooden spear got surrounded by fire and he started to stab Klaus's body with 8 pierced in a second, but for Klaus it was too slow and he just stood there, and said " Look who's talking, I can't even count how many elixirs you have taken to increase your speed, and if I'm not wrong you should have gotten combat job right? So why are you struggling, I heard your job was an Epic grade

Tier 3 swordsmanship technique... Frost Octagonal slashes!"

Hearing Klaus's word Hebei became even more enraged and he rushed towards Klaus with more speed but to his surprise Klaus parried all attacks with his sword which was covered in frost, if it was normal wooden sword it would have been long destroyed but these sword were enchanted with magic so they survived, after seeing all his attacks getting detected Hebei retreated few steps and just then his flames disappeared and a layer of frost appered on his spear,

Seeing this the audience was stunned with open mouths 😳

" Is that also a new technique!?"

" Oh here goes Klaus into his badass mode"

" That technique was perfect counter for flame spear!"

" Damn brother! His sword looks so cool, of it was metal sword it would have silvery shine right!?"

Hebei on the another hand was shocked to core, in his life he didn't felt any opponent this strong, he opened his flames and melted the ice, his rage was at his peak, he started at Klaus with blood shot eyes and rushed towards him shouting " Luck doesn't comes twice, this time I will show you the strength of my epic job! Noble spearman!

Suddenly vines started to grow in the platform and next second, it has fully grown and grew thorns on them and rushed towards Klaus along with Hebei's spear

Klaus was honestly amazed, this was his first time seeing a job skill in his life, ' In this world when a person gets a job he also gets skills related to the job, the amount of skills depend on grade of job, these skills don't follow usual rules of world and a person without full mastery over his elementals can use skills related to his elementals like a master with these skills but there is one flaw...'

As Klaus said that dark chains materialised in air and locked all the thorny vines along with the Hebei's spear, next second all the vines turned into dust and got decomposed in air along with the chains, seeing this whole audience was shocked along with Hebei...

' Job skills can only enhance your mastery or create miracles that don't follow rules of world, but these jobs can't be indefinitely strengthened and... they can be easily countered if skill user is a newbie with no control and experience!!!
