With the energy from the storage mostly integrated into her body, Nico began to feel the profound level of change that Max had experienced when his System had evolved his body. It wasn't quite the same for her, as she was directing the process, but the System had understood her intentions and was currently working with Max's System nanobots to determine what the best path forward would be.

According to the system, they were two entirely different species at this point, but they wanted to be compatible, and that was one of the priorities that the Nanobots weren't willing to let go of. So, they had determined that they would make Nico compatible with Max, as the second of the new empowered humans.
