Dark Emperor Army

Aaron, who read the data, had to stop for a moment, trying to suppress every emotion in his heart that was about to explode. Every cell in his body seemed to be ready for a war. He wants to behead everyone involved in the events that happened to Jey and her family.

Even just by reading the data, Aaron could imagine how devastated, and hopeless Jey was. After waking from her dream and facing the reality that even more cruel than the worst nightmare.

Aaron took a deep breath and went back to reading the document until he finished it. The rest contained the information Jey and her team had in Country M.

Without making any thoughts, Aaron took the cellphone in his desk drawer. He typed the commands aimed at his private army, the Dark Emperor Army.

After sending orders to the Dark Emperor Army, Aaron focused his eyes on the girl who had fallen asleep on the long sofa on the right side of the room.

Aaron's gaze was so gentle and soft. He can't imagine that a woman who looked charismatic and strong on the outside had so many stories and wounds inside.

Even when sleeping, Jey looked uncomfortable, and her brow wrinkled now and then. Aaron continued to stare at Jey while leaning back in his chair for a moment. He then decided to walk over to the woman with the blanket that was always in his room.

Aaron covered Jey slowly and carefully. He squatted in front of Jey's face and watched every curve of that face. As if trying to remember and carve every shape of the face in front of him in his mind.

Aaron's hand lifted automatically and was about to touch Jey's face. Still, before his hand touched the soft, tender, and white surface, Jey's eyes opened immediately, and a deadly and dangerous gaze fell upon Aaron. His wrist was held by Jey tightly.

Both of them were stunned in shock for a few seconds. Their hearts were beating rhythmically rapidly. Aaron didn't expect to get that stare and Jey's quick reflex. The gaze looks sexy and sad for him. He was also a little disappointed that he couldn't touch Jey's face and instead woke the girl up.

Meanwhile, Jey, who woke up from her sudden actions, looked into Aaron's eyes with shock. She thought that someone was approaching and trying to touch her. So she acted without thinking. Jey quickly released her grip on Aaron's wrist and sat up straight.

Jey smoothed her hair and clothes then smiled apologetically.

"Sorry, I fell asleep and didn't realize you were done with your works. Did you wait long?" Jey asked as if trying to shift Aaron's attention to something else and forget about what happened a few minutes ago.
