Chapter 5

‘Well, whats up with people nowadays? It’s given me headache and all.’

Louise prepared for dinner. Guess they’ll be having steak, deep fried chicken, pinakbet and rice for dinner.

‘’Fritzie, would you mind calling Andrew for dinner?’’ she asked

‘’Yes, just a moment’’ Fritzie replied.

She just finished setting up the table when the two came.

‘’Well, eat up ya all. J ‘’

‘’Mmmm… this tasted really good, Louise’’ Andrew commented, chewing the awesome goodness called food.

‘’Of course, it’s my sister cooking ya know.’’ Fritzie chimed in.

‘’You too should eat well. Fritzie, what have you been up to nowadays?’’ Louise asked

‘’Nothing much really. Just hanging out with friends and all. Business is doin just fine.’’ She said

‘’What type of business are you in, Fritz?’’ Andrew asked her, meeting her eyes

‘’Hmm just some RTW shop and boutique. What about you?’’

‘’I was working with Louise in Aus. Was a product manager of EJ’s cosmetics. Got replaced by my fiancé with someone else and then I thought I really need a good vacation which leads me here.’’ He answered, sighed and got all emotional.

‘’Oh I’m sorry to hear that. I guess we need a good drink later.’’

‘’You mean lets get wasted?’’ Louise interrupted

‘’Of course! To the heart broken ones, to continue thriving for the future and not get ruined by temporary things…To celebrate your home coming, and what was that with the man outside lately?’’

She said happily and looked at her sister suspiciously.

‘’Oh, that… was nothing, really’’ Louise answered, cheeks blushing. Well, what can she say?

‘’Hmmm… Something’s fishy, don’t you think Fritz?’’ Andrew said raising his brows at her.

‘’I, just old acquaintances. ‘’ she replied shyly

‘’Well, it doesn’t look like that to me. ‘’ Fritz quoted

‘’Haha, let’s talk about that some other time, right now we really need a good drink…’’ Andrew chuckled.

A few hours later….

‘’Ýahh, gimme more… seriously Andrew?? That’s mine! You witch!’’ Louise shouted, already drunk… Soju has never tasted this good.

‘’What? But you just had yours like a few seconds ago! Hun you’re getting drunk… ‘’ he said

‘’Yah yah yah! That’s mine, not any of you two. ‘’ Fritzie interrupted.

They both looked at her sharply

‘’Oh, seriously…. Its hers.. how could I forget?’’ Louise wondered out loud.

‘’Hmmm alright, Its all yours, all yours…’’ Andrew said, looking devastated while sparing the drink a defeated glance.

‘’So tell me Louise, who was that hottie outside? Was that your boyfriend or something? Friends with benefits? Ughhh tell me, will ya?’’ Fritz asked while gulping down her drink.

‘’Shusshhhh, you’re being nosy… I like him, that’s all you have to know’’ she replied…

‘’Really Louise? Like what the hell? Was it an unrequited love or something? ‘’ Andrew asked curiously.

‘’No, no and no. I don’t know how to put it into words.’’ She said thinking deeply

‘’Hey Andrew, that’s not what it looks like lately, they seem to me like husband and wife. Damn, sissy, go go go..’’

‘’Really? OMG! So you finally have someone… Damn gurl, go for it.. As for me, I guess I will be a monk for life…’’ Andrew said lowly, seems like the alcohol is getting into him.

‘’Oh, I’m so sorry that your fiancé left you and here you are now with us. Cheers to that Mr. O’reilly!’’

‘’Sigh, I wish it was that easy, Fritz, after all these years…. In the end I’ve been left behind… Am I that bad? Don’t I look handsome to you??? *sniff*’’

‘’Of course you are Mr. cheers to that. Bottoms up!’’

‘’Bottoms up!’’ said Louise and Andrew

And it went on until 4am…

‘’Brain! Your spacing out, what’s bothering you?’’ Xie asked him

‘’Nothing really, I’m fine Ms. Xie. Just thinking bout the Alumni homecoming and all.’’

‘’Are you that worried?’’ she asked

‘’Uhm, yeah. It will be on Saturday, so I’m kinda worried.’’

‘’You don’t have to, you know… I will be there too’’ Xie said and longingly looking at his face.

‘’Hmm.. ‘’ Brain just hummed in response, thinking if Louise would attend or not.

The day went by swiftly and then it’s time to go home. He went by Pizzahut on his way home and saw Louise’s Friend, Gin Ramero.

‘’Hey Mr. Chong, how are you?’’ she smiled at him.

‘’I’m fine, thank you! I’m guessing you are well?’’ He replied, smiling politely.

‘’Great! Like I have always been. This is My husband Dave by the way. Dave, this is Mr. Chong. And this is my daughter Ariadne.’’ She said

‘’It’s good to meet you Mr. Chong,’’ Dave said

‘’Same to you, Mr. Ramero’’. He just replied and waved his goodbye as he went to order pizza, and some pasta for dinner.

He just went out and drove somewhere… Not at his place but to Louise’s place.

He brought his pizza with him and rang the doorbell.

‘’One moment please!’’ someone said from inside.

‘’Hi, I, uhm just thought I would stop by if it doesn’t bother you, muffin.’’ He greeted her with a smile that could melt someone’s cold, cold heart.

‘’Oh, hey Brain. Come on in. ‘’ She replied, leading the way to the dining room.

‘’My friend and Fritz went out, and will probably spend the night somewhere else, so I have the house all for myself. What have you been up to?’’ she asked, plopping herself on the plush seat.

‘’Just same boring routine. I was giving off the last set of exams to my Tourism and Office Ad students. By the way I’ve bought some pizza with me.’’ He said handing her the pizza he bought recently.

‘’Mmmmmm, that sounds and smells really good! Shall we indulge then?’’ she said excitedly and preparing the pizza and some beer to go with it.

‘’By the way, would you like to come to the alumni homecoming this Saturday?’’ he asked, nervous as what she would say.

‘’Depends, why have you asked?’’ she replied raising her brows at him.

‘’Well, I would love to accompany you. Would you mind?’’

‘’Hmm, sure! But I guess that will be boring ya know..’’

‘’I know, that’s why I’m dreading for some company. Thank you then, I will be picking you up by then.’’ Brain explained.

‘’Don’t you have anyone to accompany you, Mr?’’ Louise asked, wondering why was this man doesn’t have anyone to accompany him.

‘’I only have you, Miss Demirci,’’ he smiled.

‘’And what does that mean? What are we? What am I to you, Brain?’’ she asked him.

‘’Are we not past the relationship of being girlfriend-boyfriend?’’ he retorted back at her. It was actually more than that.

‘’I-well, if that what makes you sleep at night, Brain.’’ She said looking down the floor, blushing.

‘’I’m being serious, Louise… ‘’ he said lowly crossing the distance in between them. He was running his thumb on her face, caressing her cheeks, while his face, inches away from hers. Her heart beats loudly and about to explode. When suddenly, he kissed the side of her lips.

‘’You got some sauce smeared on your lips.’’ He whispered.

‘’Brain..’’ she could only whisper back, her mouth run dry and she unconsciously licked her lips. His eyes could only follow her motion. He couldn’t help himself anymore. He smashed his lips on hers, licking, tasting and savoring in her goodness.

The world seemed to be so small, and hot and Louise couldn’t help but moan, as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

‘’Muffin, I’ve missed you sooo much.’’ Brain murmured while still indulging in the kiss. He pulled her closer, tightening his hold on her waist. He could feel her bare body, her curves, and its turning him on more than he already is…

Forgetting about the pizza, and enjoying something else for dinner.

‘’I’ve missed you too, Brain.’’ Louise replied back, looking at him in the eyes.

He slowly lowered themselves on the couch, not minding anything and giving his full attention on his newfound favorite.

Lowering his kisses on her neck, nipping, sucking and tasting as much as he could while his hand is caressing her lower back, the other holding her in place.

Louise could only kiss back with as much hunger within her. He could feel his hard on on her belly.

D*mn, it felt sooo freakin good. His hand slowly caressing her legs, she forgot she's only wearing a minidress.

''Mmmm, Brain...'' she could only moan while he was kissing her shoulder, and lower.

''Yes, muffin. You're making me loose every ounce of self control I have. Don't worry, I won't force you to do something you're not ready yet.''
