The room was very dark, and the lights were off.

Kiera Olsen could barely make out someone on the bed as she immediately turned and expertly flicked on the light.

The incandescent light came on.

She instantly spotted Jodie South.

She lay quietly on the bed, her eyes closed, sleeping, with both hands peacefully resting on her chest, assuming a precise sleeping posture.

Kiera Olsen stepped forward, about to check on her, when suddenly rapid footsteps sounded from behind.

Immediately, Aunt South and Taylor Olsen rushed in one after another!

Aunt South frowned and scolded in a lowered voice, "What are you doing barging in like this? Get out immediately!"

But Kiera Olsen did not head towards the door; instead, she approached Mrs. Olsen and observed carefully, "I just happened to come by, I wanted to check on Aunt."

"How can you have no manners! How could our Miss have such an unreliable classmate! You really are..." Aunt South walked over and stood in front of her.
