Inside the MOTH headquarters, Dr. Mei was in the midst of her work when she noticed something strange on the monitors—a series of black spots spreading across the bodies of various soldiers.

Her heart sank as she realized the gravity of the situation.

The black mist, the same that had corrupted Rin, was now spreading like wildfire, turning the soldiers into mindless zombies. Panic erupted within the facility as soldiers began attacking each other, the chaos spiraling out of control.

Dr. Mei quickly called for Bronya to assist in containing the situation. "Bronya, we have a serious problem. This mist—it's spreading. It's corrupting everything and everyone," Mei reported, her voice laced with urgency.

Bronya, her expression calm yet quickly assessed the situation. "Analyzing... The mist is not only corrupting biological entities but also attempting to hack into our systems. This is the work of a Herrscher, and it's targeting our Honkai fission bombs. Making preventive measures to prevent a global catastrophe," she concluded, her tone steady despite the dire circumstances.

Meanwhile, Sakura was racing through the chaotic corridors of the facility, cutting down the zombie-like soldiers and Honkai beasts that stood in her way. Her only thought was to reach her sister, Rin. But as she fought fiercely, a black mist blindsided her, seeping into her body. She felt the corruption spreading, Honkai corruption manifesting across her skin like a creeping plague.

"Rin! I'm here, nee-chan is here!" Sakura shouted, her voice breaking as she took down the remaining hostiles. But her body was deteriorating rapidly, the corruption taking its toll. Despite the pain, she pressed on, determined to reach her sister.

When Sakura finally found Rin, her heart broke. Rin's body had transformed, twisted by the black mist into a dark, monstrous creature.

"Rin... Forgive me, I wasn't there to protect you. Please, stop this. I know you're a good girl," Sakura pleaded, tears streaming down her face. But her words fell on deaf ears.

The corrupted soldiers around them began to act erratically, but one scientist managed to reach the control room. With herrecher fueling his actions, he targeted the world's sanctuaries with Honkai warheads.

Bronya, monitoring the situation, quickly detected the threat.

"Mei nee san, the Herrscher has infiltrated our systems and is attempting to launch Honkai fission bombs at various human settlements." Bronya reported.

"Initiating countermeasures," she stated, her voice devoid of emotion as she deployed a barrage of energy cannons and laser beams to eliminate the corrupted soldiers.

As she approached the Herrscher, her arms transformed into massive guns, resembling the fearsome weaponry of the Key of Shamash. Without hesitation, she unleashed a torrent of intense fire, engulfing the Herrscher in flames.

But the mist, almost sentient, began to devour the flames, extinguishing them as quickly as they had appeared.

"This mist... It possesses devouring properties. It's like a virus that consumes everything in its path," Bronya observed.

Switching tactics, Bronya summoned a vast array of long-range weapons. Missiles, energy blasts, and projectiles rained down on the Herrscher, each impact causing its dark form to recoil. Yet, despite the damage, the Herrscher seemed unphased, its dark energy regenerating as quickly as it was destroyed.

"Stop!" Sakura suddenly shouted, seeing her sister's form being torn apart. Bronya paused for a moment, but the virus continued to spread, showing no signs of stopping.

Realizing that containment was the only option, Bronya's arm shifted once more, this time into chains of Judah. The new Divine Key which is in production.

She launched them at the Herrscher, wrapping its dark form in constricting chains that glowed with a brilliant light. The Herrscher struggled, but the chains held firm, slowing the spread of the mist.

"I'll seal it," Bronya decided, constructing a containment box around the Herrscher. The box glowed with the same binding authority, designed to keep the malevolent entity trapped within.

As the white box formed, sealing the Herrscher inside, Sakura's ichor—her latent Honkai powers—activated. She lunged toward the box, desperate to save her sister, but was stopped by Mei's commanding voice.

"You can't save her, Sakura," Mei said softly, yet firmly. Sakura hesitated, her body trembling with grief and rage, before grabbing the box and fleeing the scene, her mind set on protecting what little was left of her sister.

Despite Bronya's efforts, the first batch of Honkai fission bombs was fired. She managed to block the remaining missiles, but four major cities were struck. Among the casualties was MOTH's second main base, where three of its founding members perished. The death toll was devastating—47 million lives lost.

Combined with the earlier destruction of the Mu continent, the two Herrschers had obliterated over 24% of the world's population.

The cost of humanity's survival had never been steeper, and the toll on people mind is another problem.

The world was left reeling from the destruction wrought by the Herrschers of Stars and Rock.

In the aftermath, Bronya and Mei worked tirelessly to prevent further calamities, sealing away the last remnants of the Herrscher's news.

But the scars left behind were deep, both physically and emotionally. The people were again on verge of loosing hope.

Sakura, carrying the sealed box that contained her sister, wandered the desolate landscape, her heart heavy with sorrow.

She had lost her family, her comrades, and a part of herself. But she swore that she would protect Rin, no matter what, even if it meant defying the world.
