Ch- 18 < Divine key- Bronya situation >

Kevin paced back and forth, his eyes fixed on the Divine Key that housed the consciousness of Bronya. The key now resembled a plain, unremarkable box, devoid of the radiant energy that had once pulsed through it. He could sense something was wrong—something more than just a dormant state.

"System," Kevin called out, his voice filled with concern, "Why has Bronya changed like this? There hasn't been any sign of improvement for days."

A soft chime echoed in his mind, and the system responded, "Host, the Herrscher of Reason core within this key is severely damaged. Recovery of it is extremely difficult. The core has already absorbed Yin and Yang energy, which are extremely potent. Its recovery is beyond my capabilities."

Kevin's brow furrowed. "Then what's needed to fix it? Is there any chance that Bronya will ever recover?" He knew he needed an answer, but he feared what the system might say.

"The chances are close to nil," the system replied.

Kevin's heart sank. He hadn't expected such a grim prognosis. "There must be something we can do," he muttered, thinking quickly. "What if I turn her into a pseudo soul core or transfer her consciousness to another vessel?"

The system hesitated, a sign of its uncertainty. "That is not possible. Bronya's consciousness is deeply entwined with the Herrscher core. A transfer would likely result in her complete annihilation."

Kevin clenched his fists, frustration bubbling within him. "Then there has to be another way," he insisted. "What about using the powers of the Abyss ? Could I consume the damaged core and use my Sentience and Death authority to bind her consciousness within my soul core? My soul is filled with endless vitality… Would that work?"

The system responded after a moment, "Host, it is possible. By consuming the damaged core with the Abyss core, you can use the powers of Sentience, Origin and Death to bind Bronya's consciousness within your soul core. This will allow her to recover gradually, nourished by the vitality within you."

Kevin felt a surge of hope. "Then let's do it."

He extended his hand toward the Divine Key, focusing his Abyss core. Dark tendrils of energy began to seep from his fingers, wrapping around the divine key. The box, seemingly ordinary, began to shudder violently. Shadows danced across its surface as the corrosive power of the Abyss core slowly consumed it, dissolving its material form.

Kevin closed his eyes, concentrating deeply. He could feel the presence of Bronya's consciousness, fragile and barely there, flickering like a dying ember. He reached out with his soul, carefully binding her essence with threads of his own vitality, weaving her existence into his soul core.

Sweat formed on his brow as he continued. "Come on, Bronya… I won't let you disappear. You're too important," he whispered, pushing more of his energy into the bond.

Minutes passed, feeling like hours. The box dissolved completely, its remnants swallowed by the Abyss core. Kevin felt a faint presence within his soul—a spark of life, delicate yet distinct.

"System, status?" he asked, his breath ragged from the exertion.

"Notification: Divine Key Bronya has begun evolving," the system chimed. "Host, please assign her a name to complete the evolution process."

Kevin smiled despite his exhaustion. "Bronya… You are my cute Bronya, always there to help me. Without you, the world would have been lost long ago. Come back to me, Bronya."

As if in response, a soft light began to emanate from within him. The system spoke again, "Notification: Divine Key Bronya has evolved into 'Manas Bronya.'"

Kevin's eyes widened at the unexpected change. Before he could react, he felt a powerful surge of energy ripple through the space around him. The air crackled with an intense, unfamiliar force.

"System, what's happening?" he demanded.

The system replied, "The creation of 'Manas Bronya' has been detected by voice of the world. It has triggered a reaction within the world's laws, as a 'Manas' being can potentially disrupt the balance of reality. A protective barrier has been launched to prevent any entry into tensura world."

A shimmering barrier materialized around them, cutting them off from the rest of reality. Kevin looked around, feeling the vibrations of immense power reverberate through the air. "So we're banned here?" he asked, a mix of frustration and curiosity in his voice.

"Yes, Host," the system confirmed. "The barrier is designed to contain the emergence of a Manas being. Until there is space-time vibrations, it will remain in place."

Kevin sighed but nodded, accepting the situation. "Alright, I'll just have to focus on helping Bronya. She's evolving into something ...stronger." He turned his attention inward, reaching out with his soul, sensing the newly formed consciousness.

"Bronya?" he called softly in his mind.

There was a brief moment of silence before he heard a faint, familiar voice. "…Kevin nii.?" It was weak but unmistakable.

Kevin's heart leaped with relief. "Yes, Bronya. It's me. You're safe now. You're with me."

"Nii… where… am I?" Bronya's voice sounded confused, like she was waking from a long sleep.

"You're inside my soul core," he explained gently. "I had to bind your consciousness here to save you. Your Herrscher core was too damaged. But now, you're evolving into something new… 'Manas Bronya.'"

Bronya was silent for a moment, processing his words. "Manas… What does that mean?"

"It means you're becoming a being of pure consciousness and will," Kevin explained. "You're no longer tied to a physical form, and your powers will be limitless in new ways."

"I see… Then, Bronya will become stronger… for Kevin nii," she whispered, a faint hint of her usual determination returning.

Kevin smiled, feeling a warmth spread through him. "That's right. We'll get through this together, Bronya. Just rest for now. I'll handle everything else."

As he felt Bronya's consciousness begin to stabilize, Kevin noticed the barrier around them start to shimmerimg.

"Host I have increased the time circle so you have to wait less". System said.

He glanced around, sensing the world beyond the barrier. "I don't know how long this barrier will hold us here," he muttered, "but I have a feeling it's not going to be easy to break through."

He took a deep breath, looking inward once more. "But no matter what, I'll find a way towards velgrynd and velzard…."

With that, Kevin settled into a meditative stance to absorbed the excessive energy which he received while binding bronya to his soul..

Kevin sat in its midst, eyes closed, body steady, as two currents of energy spiraled around him—one dark as the void, the other bright and pure as starlight. The powers of Yin and Yang swirled, not in opposition, but in a harmonious cycle that fed into Kevin's very being.

System Notification: Host has unlocked the Second Inheritance of the System. Vast quantities of Yin and Yang energy absorbed.

His body began to resonate with the quantum energy, his muscles pulsing with strength and his skin glowing with a faint, ethereal light.

System Notification: Host's soul is evolving. Yin-Yang duality achieved. Host's soul now represents Infinity, while the body embodies Destruction, Finality, and Abyss.

Kevin's mind expanded, his consciousness floating freely as if his very self had become one with the infinite. His body, however, was undergoing its own transformation. He could feel his muscles harden, his bones strengthen, and his very cells were vibrating with a destructive force—the power of Finality. His body was a conduit of the Abyss, the void from which all things are born and into which they eventually return. It was the perfect complement to his soul, now embodying the concept of Infinity, the eternal cycle of creation and recreation.

System Notification: Host has achieved Duality between Soul and Body. A new soul physique < Genesis Ether Soul > it is filled with an energy that once fueled the creation of stars, galaxies, and worlds..
