Scratches, bruises, and a whole lot of dust and ash covered the fox clans' bodies while the little bunnies peeked with their red teardrop-shaped eyes from the satchels. The little white fur balls scrunched up their noses and looked sad at the grinning foxes.
One of the foxes who have a mole under one of his eyes smacked his lips in annoyance. "Damned surprises, that skeleton dragon almost made my heart escape out of my chest." He heaved a sigh of relief as he closed his eyes and rested his back on the broken wall.
"Dylan, shh," Elisha pointed at the black mass of bones just passing on the side above them. Another skeleton dragon passed by without them noticing. Dylan pursed his lips behind his face mask to shut his own mouth.
"We have to move under the cover of the shadows. The faster we run, the better." Another one whispered.
