Chapter 65

I want to stand up and jump about the room I am so happy for her but I can't as i'm still strung up to machines and drips, so instead I raise my arms and yell out a really loud "awwwwwww".

She says she is only 4 weeks gone so is not telling anyone else, Yoongi knows and that's it other than me. Blimey, this has all gone so fast. In 8 weeks I have met and slept with 2 K-Pop idols, fallen for one of them, been mugged and ended up in a coma. My best friend has fallen in love, agreed to move to another country and gotten pregnant! I feel like I am in an episode of Eastenders.

"That's such lovely news. How did Yoongi take it?" I ask with eagerness to here all about it but we are interrupted by her phone ringing. It's Namjoon FaceTiming. She passes it to me and points to the hallway and turns and leaves. God I probably look a right fright but I want to see him. I answer and the shock on his face when it's me is so cute.

"Oh my god, your awake! Guys, guys, Aimee is awake!" I hear cheering in the background and Jimin snatches the phone from him. "Gwihan! Thank god! You're ok, we were so worried". I hear Namjoon tell him to give him the phone back and he looks at me like a naughty school boy and blows a kiss at me before returning it to Namjoon. "This is the best day ever" he says, his eyes glistening like he might cry. "I am so sorry I left, I really didn't want too, but the management made me. They said we had been in London for too long already and had organised a few concerts for us that we needed to come back and prepare for".

"It's ok Joonie" I say with a little laugh, and he smiles back at me. "I hoped you might have met my parents in better circumstances" I say, hoping that they were nice to him and didn't make him feel awkward. "Barry and Collette are lovely, they were a little surprised at first when I said I was your boyfriend, your Mum more than your Dad because she recognised me. Did you know that she was a part of the Spanish army? She told me her favourite out of us was Jungkook though, I was a little disappointed but I will forgive her". I sit stunned. My mother is a fan of BTS?

"How are your preparations going then?" I ask him trying to get the conversation off of my Mum. "Yeah good, we have the set list sorted and the choreography organised, we have another week of rehearsal and then the first show in Seoul. After that it's on to Japan and then China. As well as the concerts we have TV performances and a few award ceremonies. It's going to be full on for 4 weeks but then we have a little respite".

"Wow, I bet you are dying to get back here so all you have to do is write lyrics and visit galleries" I say with a chuckle. I'm trying to make light of the fact that he is there and I am here, but I am screaming inside just tell him you love him and you miss him but the words won't exit my mouth.

Sometimes I think he is telepathic because on queue he says "I'd rather be there so I was with you. I miss you so much. I want so badly to kiss you". I bring the phone closer to my face and pucker my lips and make kissing noises. I hear him laugh but he mwah's back at me.

"So will all of you be in Japan then when Lori flies over?" I say now trying to get on to the conversation I wanted to have the night I was mugged. I want him to ask me to come like Yoongi has asked Lori. I want my happily ever after.

"Yes we will be but Ji-Ho will collect her from the airport and get her settled into the apartment and then she can join us when she is ready. Have the doctors said when you will be able to leave the hospital?" He changed the subject! Clearly he doesn't want to ask me or even float the idea with me. What's going to happen with us? "Erm, not really, they have said something about observations for 48 hours, so I suppose they will decide then" I say totally despondent.

Jimin comes back to the background of the screen and pokes Namjoon. "Sorry hyung but they need us on set. You have to hang up. Bye Aimee. Speak soon" he says blowing kisses. I wave. "I will call you again tomorrow at the same time, is that ok? he says. I'm disappointed that he hasn't begged me to come to him, but then I have just woken up from a coma and he has only just found out. Maybe I should give him the benefit of the doubt. "That sounds lovely. Speak to you later. I love you". He blows me a kiss and says back in a soft tone "I love you too".
