"I understand why you wanted Samantha and Kelly to marry, to solidify the bond that could be broken if the next Alphas,  Stanley and Kelly, didn't get along as well as you and Landon do. I understand that marrying  Samantha into this pack would have created a lasting alliance that would benefit both parties greatly. But, I also understand that Mates are not something to be ignored in wolf's culture. They don't come around often, or so I have been told, and I will not lose my chance because you and Landon decided to force your children to get married before they were old enough to have any say in the matter. Kelly is mine, just as I am his. I will do anything I have to to keep him, and if all that takes is bonding with the Eastern pack, to get to know them all, then fine. I will. After all of this Harry business is over, I will go back with you, to the Eastern pack."
