Last Day Human

I woke up to Kai shifting in his sleep and I rolled over to look at him. His arms were wrapped around me protectively and I found that he had taken off my jeans when I was sleeping and saw them bundled up on the floor. I layed my head on his arm and watched his peaceful face as he slept.

After a while his eyes opened and met mine. I kissed his forehead and felt him snuggle into my chest and his hand slipped down to cup my ass. I giggled and tried to move from his entanglement, and a low growl escaped his throat.

"Kitten stay." he said and looked up from my chest with a sleepy look in his eyes. I bit my lip and shook my head.

"One, I have to pee, and two, it's 1 in the afternoon." I said and he looked over his shoulder at the clock and groaned before releasing me. I climbed out of bed and pattered to the bathroom, grabbing a pair of Kais sweats from an unfolded laundry bin on the floor.

I quickly used the restroom and slid on the sweats before walking out of the bathroom and pouring two cups of coffee at the kitchenette in his bedroom. I set them on his bedside table and sat on him grabbing his cup and whiffing it under his nose. He opened his eyes again and sat up slowly, grabbing the cup from me and taking a sip.

I smiled and grabbed my own coffee and we sat and enjoyed the silence together until we were both fully awake. "Alright let's go get food." he said and wrapped his arms around my waist. He carried me from the bedroom down to the kitchen and I immediately heard commotion as we were walking down the stairs.

I heard Maryann yelling and Marcus was just laughing. We rounded the corner and I saw that Maryann was standing in the middle of what looked to be chaos and Marcus was doubled over laughing. I glanced at the mess around Maryann and looked at her trying to deduce what happened.

"I was trying to cook lunch." she said and then smiled at us. "I cant cook very well." she said and waved her hands. I watched as a blueish green tint waved through the air and the mess was immediately cleaned up.

Kai shook his head and sat me in a barstool, and then walked around the island to make food. Maryann sat next to me and started to talk to me about some adventure she had gone on before, and in no time food was sat in front of me.

I dug into it and Kai watched as I devoured an entire plate of eggs and sausage. I looked up at his amused expression and he chuckled at my confusion. He turned and opened the sliding glass door that spanned the whole wall, making it feel like the kitchen was outside.

The sun was beaming bright and the warm air drifted in, making me feel relaxed. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath in and sighed at the comforting smell of the forest around us.

"Want to go out by the pool, Kitten?" Kai said and I opened my eyes to nod vigorously. He chuckled and leaned over the island to kiss my cheek. "Finish eating first." he glanced at my plate as he spoke and I scarfed down the rest of my food before standing to bolt up the stairs.

Maryann giggled behind me and moved to go get a swimsuit on as well. I turned the corner to the hallway and felt Kai grab me and I shrieked closing my eyes tight. I felt us still and I opened my eyes to see we were already at the metal door to our floor.

"How did you-" he cut me off with a kiss and scanned his fingerprint, opening the door. He just smiled at me and I shrugged, I would be able to do the same thing soon enough. He walked us back to the bedroom and I wiggled down from his arms to dig through the drawer that had all my swimsuits.

I chose a neon pink one with cheeky bottoms and a triangle top. I slid off my pajamas and heard Kai take in a deep breath. I felt his hands slide to my hips and I leaned into his touch, pressing my body into his. "Kitten-" he said warningly and I groaned pulling myself away and slipping into my swimsuit quickly.

"We can't do anything at all until I've changed?" I asked him with a pout, trying to ignore the hard-on he had trying to burst through his sweats. He shook his head and I groaned sitting up on the island in our closet. He fit himself between my legs and put his head on my chest taking deep breaths.

His dick was hovering moments away from me and I couldn't help but slide forward until it hit the crotch of my swimsuit. He growled into my neck and he looked up at me his golden eyes looked to be glowing.

"Go down to the pool, Kitten. I'll be there in a few." he said and lifted me off the island and set me on the ground. I nodded and left the bedroom walking to the pool.

Maryann was relaxing on a floatie and I couldn't help but jump into the water and splash her. I glided under the water for a moment before coming to the surface to see her waiting to splash me back. I laughed as the water hit me with a refreshing wave and swam up to get on the floatie with her.

It felt nice outside and the large floatie was enough to let us both lay comfortably in the sun. After a few moments Kai and Marcus came out from the house in swim trunks and. I lost my breath as Kai's abs gleamed at me in the sun. He slid into the water while making eye contact, making me squirm with need. He waked over to the floatie and set his head on my lap.

"Wait how does this whole changing thing work? I know how its done but not much else" I asked the group while I moved my hand to play with Kai's hair.

Maryann explained that once we drink each others blood we wait for me to fall asleep. Once I'm asleep I will go into a deep slumber for a few hours or a few days. I will be very vulnerable while im in this coma, which is why Maryann and Marcus will be at the house with Kai.

Kai interrupted Maryann, "They will be in the guest house while we feed on each other." Kai said while casting a glance at Marcus. I cast him a confused glance and he shook his head, telling me he'd either tell me later or that I would just find out on my own.

I sighed and relaxed back into the floatie. They continued to explain the basic process. Feed, sleep, wake and then feed on human blood. They said they had blood bags in the basement for me and I could only go hunting once I was in control. They told me that for the first month or so, a fresh turned immortal couldn't survive on just their mates blood, and then after that passes I could just feed on Kai if I liked, or we could continue to hunt for sport.

I was soaking in all the information before Maryann sighed next to me. I turned to her and watched her slide off the floatie and scramble out of the pool into the house. She nodded for me to follow so I slipped off and swam to the edge, puing myself from the pool.

We snagged towels from the chairs and wrapped ourselves before walking into the kitchen. She opened a cupboard to an array of different liquors and I grinned at her as she pulled out a bunch of different things.

"One more thing." she said as she pulled out shotglasses. She stopped and waved her hand and I watched as the greenish air surrounded us. "So they can't hear." she said and finished pouring the shots.

"You guys will be able to fuck once you have each others blood in your systems." she said before looking at me sternly. "Most people will exchange blood as they are mating. But you guys can't until the blood has been swallowed by both parties." She waited for me to nod before loading the shots and liquor onto a tray and waving her hand and I watched the greenish hue around us dissipate.

She grabbed her phone from the counter and tapped a few buttons and I heard music start to play from the speakers. "Now let's party!" she said and grabbed the tray walking outside. I followed her and smiled as the boys both looked over at Maryann as she swayed her hips to the music carrying a large try of booze.

She set down the try and handed out our shots and handed me a hard lemonade as a chaser. I downed the shot and then looked over to Kai who was lounging on the steps of the pool with a beer in his hand. I stepped into the water and sat on his lap trying not to spill my drink.

We took a few more shots and next thing I knew, Maryann and I were dancing on top of a table together. We laughed as we looked to see the boys staring mouths gaped open. I winked at Kai and jumped down to slink over to him.

"C'mon let's go upstairs." I said in his ear and he slid his hands over my hips. In a flash we were by the metal door and I tried to walk on my own down the hall to our room, and I realized just how tipsy I was.

He lifted me up gently and walked us through the room and into the bathroom. He started a shower and took off my bikini, not saying anything. "Are you mad at me?" I asked him while trying to get down from the counter.

"No, Kitten im just trying to sober you up." he said before pulling me into the shower. The water was icy cold and my head immediately cleared up and I clawed at his back trying to get away. His iron grip on me didn't let me move and I shreiked with a half giggle and half complaint.

"I'm sober, I'm sober, I'm sober!" I said and he chuckled before turning the water to hot and setting me down. I glared at him and embraced the feeling of hot water on my skin and started to wash my hair.

I felt him lean down as I finished rinsing my hair and I opened my eyes to see him taking my nipple into his mouth. The cold ball of his peircing flicked my nipple and I groaned. His eyes shot up to me and he switched sides before standing back up and looking down at me.

"They looked good." he said with a shrug before stepping out of the shower. I groaned in detest before finishing my shower and getting out to go get dressed.

I got dressed and looked in Kais office for him. He was at his desk in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt and I knocked on the door frame to get his attention.

"Dinner time?" I asked him and he nodded and pointed to the phone at his ear. I leaned against the doorway and waited for him to finish. He stood and grabbed my hand, to walk with me to the kitchen.

Marcus was cooking and by the time we were down plates of food were set for us. He had made salads with grilled steak and tomatoes on it. I licked my lips and dug into dinner sitting with Kai and Maryann on either side of me.

We had a lively dinner and I loved how we felt like a family all together. After dinner Maryann and I sat on the couch together watching a show as the boys cleaned up. I smiled as I watched the sun set behind the trees through the large windows. Maryann stood up and grabbed Marcus's arm.

"We'll be in the guesthouse. Call me if you need anything, Okay?" she said before walking out the back door with Marcus's arm in her grip. Kai shut the door after them and looked at me.

I smiled and walked over to him and he picked me up transporting us to the metal door. He scanned his fingerprint and walked through, making sure to fully lock the door behind him.

He walked us to the bedroom and set me down on the bed. "Ready?"
