When I met Li Tianming, I wanted to ask him what his ideal woman was like. But who was I kidding, He was from Asia where beauty standards were totally different from home. In Africa, home, a girl is judged beautiful by the shape of her body. A pretty face, smooth skin, well shaped huge hips as well as a well rounded ass usually called Bunda or Nyash actually, Nyash was the main quality in here. But that's the thing, am built the African way, the Ugandan way. All Ugandan men would drool over me and maybe all blacks but to Li, I don't know. I can't tell, he's probably more into the skinny ones. After all, that's the beauty standards of most Asian countries. And me, even if I wanted to turn skinny, my genes wouldn't let me. Unless I went for a liposuction. But like I said, am a Ugandan and I wouldn't give up this perfect figure just to be skinny, that I wouldn't. And you also wouldn't know what challenges surgery would come with. And most of all, I loved my body, I loved the turn arounds I got whenever I was on the streets. it made me feel somewhat special. Although this figure if mine had never made Li Tianming turn around, I was ready to conquer.

When I finally met Li after two years. l was extremely excited, ready to ask him why he stood me up that day. Before I could say anything, he turned to the next person besides him asking, "who is she?" Those three simple words broke me down. With tears welling up in my eyes, I turned around and left. So, it turned out the person I was yearning for could not even remember me at all.

When Manzi penned this in her diary. She thought she had no destiny with Li Tianming, and this brought agony to her . But what she didn't know was that she would cross paths again with him. And even start living at his crib after another two years.

On her third stay at Li Tianming's house, Manzi finally got to see him.

Within a dim lighted room, Manzi couldn't recognize his features, but she knew for sure that the man across her was Li Tianming.

2 years without seeing each other caused Manzi to be nervous at this prompt meeting. He had come to her room that night as she was sleeping, and lied down besides her. She involuntarily shuddered and woke up from her drowsiness immediately.

Not knowing what to do, Manzi tried to calm herself down before she asked quietly and meekly, "When did you get back? What are you doing here?" Since her mind was a mess, she spoke whatever came to her mind nervously.

Li Tianming didn't reply to her questions, neither did he look at her. Instead, he calmly and slowly took off his clothes, dived into the bed and pressed her beneath him.

His body was so warm, but instead of turning her on, this instead intimidated her so much she was shaking. Manzi had imagined her meeting with Li Tianming numerous times, but never had she thought it would be this way. Another reminder that real life is not all flowers. She tried to fight him off, trying so hard to break away from him. God she even bit his arms.

At the sense of pain, Li Tianming finally looked at her and said something, "Huh.."

A chuckle, that's all that came out of his mouth. He was laughing at her, as if he had heard a funny joke. He held her firmly down without any effort, pulled her chin up to raise her face, or maybe to open her airway so she wouldn't faint to whatever was coming. He then whispered the most wrenching words she had ever heard, "Will you stop pretending. You moved into my apartment after telling all your friends that we were together, when I didn't even know you. Wasn't it all so you would sleep with me? Mmh. Do tell."

His words brought her into a daze, she stopped resisting like she had lost her soul whilst tears kept flowing down her face like the river Nile. He pulled off the blanket that was covering her, tore off her pajamas harshly, and touched her bare body without any hint of gentleness,... That night, he was a monster.

The next morning, Manzi woke up alone. Li Tianming was nowhere to be found. Memories of last night came flooding into her mind. The soreness of her body and the torn pajamas on the floor certified that whatever happened last night wasn't just a nightmare but instead the reality.

She immediately stopped walking as nervousness overtook her body all together with the memories of the previous night.

At the same time, Li Tianming finished his call and the house Butler standing besides him informed him politely,"Mr Li, the car is ready." He acknowledged this and took his coat from the Butler turning to walk towards the door. His eyes diverted a bit and he saw her. This brought a smirk to his face.

Manzi who was still in a trance noticed this and started shaking all over. Without looking at the Butler, Li Tianming stopped and said evenly without any hint of emotion, "Get a box of contraceptives. Give them to her and make sure she takes them."

Slowly getting up, with legs widely stretched so she wouldn't hurt her self, Manzi went to the bathroom and washed her self clean. She was sad but couldn't cry. Maybe her tear glands had dried up after last night.

She got a clean set of clothes and went down stairs after dressing for breakfast. As she walked down the stairs, she spotted Li Tianming through the railings. He was standing in front of an opened window answering his phone with his back to her.
