The masters and demons were all killed at the same time.
Legend told that the Demon King had left his inheritance in the Land of Demon Slayers before his death.
The human masters however, had already left their inheritance outside before entering the Land of Demon Slayers.
But the Land of Demon Slayers still contained some of the techniques left behind by the human race.
These special techniques could only be obtained by solving the tests left by these masters.
