Lao Qiming is one of the bullies in the Outer Sect disciples. He and Yung Hong are members of a group that likes to terrorize the other members of the Outer Sect. They would always look for the newbies and the weak, but would not dare to challenge someone that is very strong.

Lao Qiming is an expert in kickboxing. He is an amateur fighter that won a few fights and has been trained in another country. Lao Qiming and Yung Hong are the people that their group would send to test out the new buys. In short, they are the cannon fodders.

Since Outer Sect members are still trained to control Qi. Lao Qiming is one of those people who are able to reach the 1st level Qi practitioner.

The higher one goes, the harder it gets but the stronger one could become.

But those that have already reached the 1st level are not comparable to those who have not. 1st level Qi practitioner is far superior to ordinary humans. A single one could fight against 5 strong but normal warriors.

And with Lao Qiming's knowledge and experience in a fight, he is someone that is feared by many in the Outer Sect.

As Xin Wei looks at his opponent who suddenly stood in a kickboxing stance, he knew that the opponent this time is not simple.

"You got lucky with Yung Hong… But with me, you're just too unlucky… newbie…" he said with a grin on his face.

The large burly body of Lao Qiming overshadowed Xin Wei's fit body. Although their height is almost similar, one could think that Lao Qiming is taller than Xin Wei.

"Fight!" the referee shouted.

This was the start of the fight.

Without hesitation, Lao Qiming suddenly rushes towards Xin Wei.

The sound of air being torn apart could be heard as the punches of Lao Qiming rain down on Xin Wei. But what baffled the onlookers is the seemingly awkward movement of Xin Wei and how he was able to dodge each attack of his opponent.

It was awkward and looks like a fluke but it seems not.

But everyone could see that Xin Wei is already breathing really hard and they could even see perspiration coming from his forehead.

After about 3 minutes of dodging the punches, Xin Wei's uniform is already in tatters. Then his movement seems to have slowed down. However, Lao Qiming is not that good either. He seems to have exhausted his Qi and his punches are getting weaker and weaker.

He suddenly sent an uppercut at Xin Wei, but it was dodged. All of a sudden, Xin Wei dashed to tackle Lao Qiming. The latter wanted to dodge, but it was too late.

As their body was about to collide, a smirk appears on Lao Qiming's face. The golden glow on his fist suddenly disappears and his body suddenly glowed.

If a normal person hit someone covered in Qi, the one trying to tackle that person would feel like hitting a brick wall.

At this time, Xin Wei knew that his elder is on the payroll of his opponent. He did not know how much he is getting paid, but because of this despicable act, he decided not to spare this man.

In fact, the referee has been looking for a way to help Lao Qiming. He did not expect that the newbie the two are fighting is this lucky or very skilled in dodging.

The guy seems to be an expert in grasping the opportunity in taking down his opponents.

He actually tried to resist but it was of no use.

Then he suddenly looks down at his chest.

There is a sharp knife inserted in it and it seems that the blade has passed through his ribs and directly pierced his heart.

He wanted to say something but he found himself losing consciousness.

Suddenly another elder appears on the stage as he looks at the already lifeless elder and the stunned Lao Qiming.

"You are Lao Qiming, right?… Because of cheating and using a blade to kill an elder of the sect, you will be sentenced to capital punishment… You will be stripped of your Qi practice, and will be punished as a slave in the Outer Sect…" the elder said as he suddenly moves forward.

Since Lao Qiming is already weak, he was not able to resist the elder as he just watches in horror.

"No, no, no… This was an accident! It was that guy who killed the elder, not me! It was him that I wanted to stab! It should have never gone like this!" Lao Qiming shouted frantically.

But the elder did not listen to his words…

"Elder Ki… How dare you to touch my men!" suddenly someone said in a cold tone.

His voice immediately sent shivers running down the spines of the onlookers. From that voice alone, everyone knew who that person is. That cold tone belongs to one of the top ten strongest Qi practitioners in the Outer Sect. Though he has a big brother in the Inner Sect, this guy's strength and ability are far superior to anyone in this place.

He is already a Qi Practitioner in the 4th level, and it would only take him a couple of years from now to reach the 5th level. And once he did that, he would already be invited to the Inner Sect.

Most elders in the Outer Sect are old men in the 4th level. And since they are unable to reach the 5th level, they were all assigned as an Outer Sect elder.

When the man named Elder Ki look at the young man slowly going up the stage, he showed a slight frown on his middle-aged face.

"Li Gao Long, the outer sect does not belong to you… Since one of your men violated the law, do you think he can escape it because of your words alone?" Elder Ki said with a sneer on his face.
