Chapter 194

an excruciating pain, surging from his palm, and spread all over his body, he winced, and lifted his face.

“You think I have gone?”, he asked, he squatted, his feet, on the back of his palm.

Dragon swallowed, gnashing his teeth due to pain.

He let him go, Sylvester dragged him with his short collar out of the forest, and threw him to the ground.

Dragon swallowed, his chest heaving incessantly.

Two shadows hovering over him, "feed on him” Sylvester ordered, and turned around, the two of his men pounced on him, Sylvester's lips curled up in satisfaction as he heard him shrieking loudly.

The next morning, Jeane's eyes fluttered, she turned on the bed, and looked towards her side, she saw Jeame sitting calmly, watching over

her.

“Good morning” Jeame greeted, and headed towards the door, Jeane watched his back retreating.

She quickly removed the duvet over her body, and got down from the bed.

“Wait”

She called out to him, he stood still, she smelt him, and then turned him to face her, she stared nervously at him.

“My room” he answered with just two words, she shook her head “I was in your room last night, didn't find you in” he retorted, the door was open, Old Man Bill stood, staring at the two of them.

“Jeane, you are up” he said, and strode into the room, his face relaxed, Jeane entangled betwixt questioning Jeame or welcoming her grandfather, she sighed.

The maid approached her “Ma'am, should I serve you breakfast?” she asked, looking at the figure of Arial, that is the shadow of herself on the bed.

She turned away from her, the door opened and Philip came in, without knocking.

“Leave us” he instructed the maid, who bowed and left the room, Arial body frozen the moment she recognized the owner of the voice.

He sat on the bed, and run his fingers on the exposed flesh of her arm, Arial sprang up, overwhelmed with feelings of anger.

“I hate you” he pounded his chest with her fists, he grabbed her arms and stared sternly at her.

“Stop it!” he snapped angrily, and glared at her, Arial calmed down.

Philip stood and caressed his hair with a hand, “don't you even care about how I feel? You are punishing yourself, for that cheating dog!” he said angrily.

He turned around and held her arms firmly, and squinted his eyes on her.

“I love you, Arial, let's go back to the way we are, I always remembered
