Chapter Hundred & Thirty-Two: Past: Grand Proverbs

The sound of Unico's typing was the only thing heard in the office, she focused on her work without being bothered by anyone and that's what she preferred. Being back to normal, she figured it was best to return to work and catch up with the lot she had missed.

Though she hadn't been well a week ago, she was grateful that Owen had been by her side while he helped nurse her back to health. He had been strict for a bit when she had regained her strength but after a while, he realized it was ridiculous to prevent her from heading outside to work.

So instead, he made sure she had breakfast, told her he would deliver lunch, and made sure to drive her to work, even though he didn't need to but she understood that it was mainly because of the baby.
