After she brought the car to a stop, Caily climbed down from the car, worried that she had eventually hit the person as she couldn't see the person anymore. Her expression was frozen in terror as she matched towards the front of her car.
Caily saw a man, lying on his back and clutching on his left leg like he had injured it. Fear gripped Caily's heart when she saw his frowny face and the groan of pain he released after.
"Oh my God! I'm so sorry," Caily quickly apologized, but the man continued to groan loudly, still clutching at his legs,
Caily looked around her, confusion etched on her face, there was not a single person around, just moving cars and she didn't know what to do,
"Um… should I take you to the hospital?" She suggested, her voice filled with a sense of urgency. Caily felt relieved when she saw him nod, she hurried closer to help him up.
