As Megan left, Daniel rubbed his forehead thinking what Megan just said, "My mother find a mistress for me", he was confused, as per his knowledge, Megan is not a girl who will go for a fight by herself, what really happened... as he was breaking his head, Jack called him,

" Hai Danny, come to Hotel K, I have got rooms booked for all of us, and tonight is my bachelor party... all our classmates are coming, don't bring Megan, she can join us tomorrow"

"Mmm, ok, I will be there soon, just text me the room number"

as Daniel finished his call, he walked to the washroom, took a shower, he was drowning in all his confusion and anger, Daniel walked out to see his mother... Mrs Reid walking in and asked,

"Danny, do you have time I want to talk to you...."

She dragged... in a sad tone, Daniel nodded and said,

"Mom, give me few minutes, I will change"

after few minutes, Daniel walked out of his closet in a white shirt, and casual jeans, when he came his mother was sitting in Megan's sit out, in her swing, Daniel felt something sting his heart when he saw someone else sitting in Megan's place, but he controlled his urge to ask her to get up... he quietly went and sat on the comfy bean bag, waiting for his mother speak...

"Danny, don't mind me for telling you this, you must take Megan and go separately, she's a young girl, with a lot of wedding dreams, so she must feel not good here with me, you should go, I am saying this with stone on my heart"

as she finished, Mrs Reid cried out loud, burying her face in her hands, Daniel was heartbroken to see his mother cry, he at once got up, and held her in his arms and said,

"Mom, don't be stressed, your sick already, don't think too much... I will talk to Megan after Jack's wedding, I will not leave you at any cost, Megan will understand, that you're not against her, she will love you as I do"

Mrs Reid sneered in Daniel's arms, after consoling his mother Daniel bought her down, Megan had packed his bag for the wedding, two days before...so he just pulled the bag and said to his mother he was going to the hotel and will be back with Megan after the wedding... he turned to Mia and said,

"Mia, call Megan and tell her to pick you for the wedding, I will be busy... so I will be not able to come"

she nodded as Daniel walked out.....

Megan house:

As Maegan walked in, she saw happy smiles on her family face, it literally regenerated her soul... Megan walked with a big wide smile, sat next to her Aunt and hugged her while saying,

"I missed you Aunt... how are you, you look thinner than last time..."

Aunt Felix shook her head and asked...

"what's it your buttering me too much"

"Nothing Aunt I just missed you guys "

as she said tears flicked her eyes, all the four elders in the living room were thunderstruck to see that, they sweet little girl was crying... Mrs Felix pulled Megan into a tight hug and said,

"Megan, what's wrong child, why are you crying... we here for you, what were happens, your family will back you, Megan looked up, say what happened"

Megan didn't dare to tell anything that happened in Reid's... she just wiped off her tears and said,

"It's nothing Mom, I really miss you all very much... I don't feel at home in that house, not even able to sleep properly, that's all..."

"My baby... you stay few days here with us, I will speak to Daniel"

Mr Felix said..... tugging his daughter to his side, held her in his arms... brushing her hair, while Uncle Felix said...

"When did our Megan become a cry baby, I have seen only our brave little girl, come here... little mischief, shall I buy you a house Dear, you can move out with Daniel to your own house"

Megan shook her head and said,

"No uncle, I will leave in this year-end to my university, so it will be a waste of money buy a property, even Dad and Mom are planning to leave...."

Uncle Felix nodded his head in understanding, and asked,

"For which university your looking for Megan"

"I am looking for B city University of Management... so I can stay with you, and aunt"

"Really, I am so happy, that you're going to stay with me for three years Megan... "

Her Aunt jumped up and down in happiness, and Uncle Felix smiled at his wife's childlike behaviour... he alone he knows how much she was hurt by not having kids... but never showed it on her face or spoke about it to anyone, but he as seen her cry alone in the room when she thinks he was not around....he was happy thinking that, at least now for next 3years she's going to be happy.

After some time, her mother and aunt went to the kitchen to cook lunch, Megan got up and said to her Dad and uncle she's going to her room, She actually wanted to sleep... forgetting whatever happened, as Megan entered her room, she locked it, the next second tears started to fall from her eyes, she remembered how gentle and caring Daniel use to be to her...she fell to her bed cried out her heart in her pillow... after an unknown time of crying, Megan fell sleep...

Megan woke up when her mobile started to ring... she tried hard to pick the call, and when she answered the call, Megan sat up rubbing her eyes, thinking whether she was just dreaming.... then the voice from the other end chuckled and said,

"Your thinking is it a dream... pinch yourself, Megan... I am really in K city"

it was Olivia... she had come nearly after 6months to K city... The sudden happiness that came to Megan's heart was immense... Megan smiled and asked,

"What brings you to an unknown city, who are you, maybe this is a wrong number you called..."

"Hai, Megan... I called you as soon I got off the flight, and you tell this to me, I will come to Reid's house now to kick your ass"

Megan chuckled and said,

"You may go to Reid's house, but I am in my house... "

"Why are you in your house, where is Daniel on a business trip"

"No, I... I... just came here because my uncle and aunt are here"

Megan felt it's not correct to discuss things between Daniel and her with anyone, even to her best friend...

"Ok Megan, I will come to your house by 5 pm, will ask Ray and Riley to join there, we will party today... ok... bye"

before Megan can speak Olivia cut call, Megan looked at the mobile in her hand, thinking... her friends were the best medicine to her shattered heart... so looked at her watch, it was 2 in the afternoon, she had 3 more hours for her friends to come, So she relaxed, after a long time she slept so peacefully... when she walked down she saw only her Mom sitting on the couch...

"Woke up... "

Megan nodded her head and walked to her mother and sat across her, Mrs Felix, turned to Kitchen and called Mrs Janet to get Megan's lunch... Megan got up to go to the dining room, but Mrs Felix stopped her, and said,

"You sit here and eat no need to go sit alone at the dining table, I will serve you, while you eat"

Megan nodded and sat on the couch while Mrs Jenet, bought Megan's favourite lunch... everything was prawns and chicken, Megan ate a real meal after she came back from Maldives, she didn't like Mrs Reid's cooking, and she was not letting her into her kitchen, so she just use to eat... without any liking... but it was her mom's cooking, after her lunch, she told Mrs Felix, that Olivia is in town, and she's going out with them and asked...

"Mom, where is everyone, Your alone"

"Dad, went to his office, he's doing all his finishing work, we only have 4 months... so he's winding up his work... he is late in evenings nowadays, and your uncle and aunt have gone shopping"

Megan nodded with understanding... after few minutes of chatting, she went back to her room and checked her wechat to see if there was any text from Daniel but she was disappointed to see there was not even a single massage from him... Megan let out a sign and walked to her closet, to pick her a dress to go out with her friends... by 5 pm, All the three came on time to Megan's house.

Olivia flew from Ray's car into Megan's arms, hugging her so tightly, she had missed her so much, it was literally 6 months that she as seen Megan... other two also walked to her and they had their group hug, as usual, Then said they bye to Mrs Felix, and walked to Megan's car...all got in and went to the famous mall "Central Plaza" in K city, it was an upper-class Mall with all brand stores, world cuisine restaurants, entertainment, play zone, spa....

Megan parked her car and got down with her friends all four were in all brand clothes, Olivia was holding Megan's hand while Ray and Riley walked along arms around the girl's shoulders with them, all the four talked about the past incidents that happened in school, laughed along the way shopping, with juice cans in their hands, But all the four were unaware that a rigid person standing on the 4th floor with a file in his hand was watching them with envious eyes...
