She was like sunshine to my heart and soul, without seeing her I felt like my days were doomed to dark deep well. I really don't know what had happened to me after I saw her for the first time on that autumn morning, I was coming home from my workout, I was sweating and drenched, my messy hair was stuck to my forehead, I badly needed a shower, I was walking fast towards the gate, while Olivia ran to me, and asked,

"Didn't you go to school Brother Daniel"

I said, " Change in timing, Olivia",

as I was talking to her about her new school, a girl was pulled by Olivia and she introduced her as her childhood friend, I just saw her smiling, saying me...

"Hi"

My mind went blank and my heart was having its meteorite shower not leaving a single chance for its survival.

I was unable to take back my eyes off her.

She so beautiful as a porcelain doll, she was fare with bright sparkling, innocent almond eyes, her lips... God help me, it was as soft as rose petals...so pink, she was so delicate as a beautiful flower, even touching it would hurt her, she was wearing a pink shirt with red rose embroidery on her blossom, and a black knee-length skirt with golden colour belt and her hair was as midnight waves, braided loose, so some of her hair was scattered on her forehead, I wanted to get near her and put that hair behind her ears, I was completely swiped off my feet as I saw her.

I so surprised of my thoughts, how was this even possible, I Daniel Reid never felt like this for any girl in my whole teenage years, I had never had even a crush for God sake...I really don't like girls, with their cheesy looks, faces covered with thick makeup. Maybe the girls I have met were not what I was dreaming of, This girl was different... looked so innocent and pure, looking at her I even forgot to react to her while she was smiling at me, I nodded my head staring at her face, finally, she pulled Olivia and walked away from me.

I stood at the same place as if I was struck by a thunderbolt, still, she reached the other side of the gate, she turned to look at me.

Jesus...with that look I was completely her's. I never thought I would fall for a girl's head over heels whom I just met. After her figure disappeared I came back to my sense, as I shook my head and walked home which was few blocks from the church. I reached home seeing my mom and sister-in-law busy in the kitchen, I was walking to my room to take a shower, my mom came out of the kitchen and asked

"Are you home, why you look so devastated, are you hit by some lightning"

she chuckled...

I didn't understand it by myself, as I thought about it, I walked to my room, took a quick shower, got ready to leave. I'm Daniel Reid, studying in the final year of High school, I'm the fourth born in my family, I have four siblings, my first brother is an agent in the government office, my second brother is a real estate agent and both my sisters-in-law are housewife, my third brother is training in the military academy, this is the first year, he's the closest kin I have, my sister Mia is in the same school as the girl I met this morning.

My Dad Andres Reid a supervisor in a government office and Mom Abel Reid was a housewife and very obedient to my dad, she suppressed her needs and happiness for him, for max our house ladies were not let to work, we lived in a three-bedroom apartment, I and my third brother shared our room, as he's on his training am all alone, my first elder brother stayed with us, and Angle is my elder brother's daughter, my second brother lives in the nearby city.

I loved my mom a lot, though she was obedient to my dad, she was the strongest women I had known, she's very strict towards us and loved us at the same time, I adored my little sister Mia.

I had my breakfast and left for school. I use the subway to my school.
