DEMI'S POV
"Don't hurt me! I'm sorry I'm a mistake!" I woke up at 3:09 AM hearing Alex's screams from the baby monitor. I tore the blankets off of me and got up.
"Alex!" I ran into her room. She was shaking and breathing quickly. My poor baby, I hate seeing her like this. I slowly went up to her and held her in my arms. "Follow my breathing, baby girl." I spoke quietly. I grabbed her inhaler off the bedside table. We talked with her doctor and therapist a couple days ago. They would put her on medication, but considering how she said she wanted to not live a couple days ago, we thought it would be best if we waited so she doesn't purposely overdose.
"Baby, it's Mommy. Mommy's here, no one else. Just me. I promise." I waited for her to realize where she was at till I gave her the inhaler.
ALEX'S POV
"Baby, it's Mommy. Mommy's here, no one else. Just me. I promise." Mom held me in her arms as she rocked me back and forth. I feel like a big baby. "Focus on me, baby girl." She cooed. She gave me my inhaler and I took some deep breaths.
"Good job. Deep breathes, baby girl." She spoke softly. I gave it back to her and I wrapped my arms around her neck and hid my face.
"D-Don't leave m-me." I whimpered out.
"I'm not going anywhere. I promise." She stood up and carried me in her arms to her room.
"Go to sleep, baby. We have to get up early to get on the tour bus." She whispered. She laid down with me in her bed and held me close to her. She quietly started to sing.
I can't sleep tonight
