CHAPTER ONE FALCON CAFÉ Clarissa POV
The sun is already sipping through the window shinning on my face,I slowly opened my eyes,I turned and grabbed my phone to check the time
OH My GOD it's already 8:25 my boss is definitely going to fire me today I ran to the bathroom and brushed my teeth and had a quick shower,I wore a white blouse and a jean pant,I tied my long hair in a ponytail and applied a lip balm,I rushed to my workplace i almost forgot I work at falcon cafe,I arrived by 9:16 I rushed inside and meet my boss angry face if looks could kill i would have been dead by now,we open by 8:30 and I supposed to be here before 8:30 I immediately rushed inside
"Rissa what happened?why are you late?" I turned around and saw my friend's worried face her name is Eva she also works here
"nothing,I just overslept"I replied
"boss is surely going to give you an earful today"she said while laughing
"yeah" I signed
"come let's go before he sees us here" Eva said and dragged me out,I went to a table to take order there are only two people sitting there they look like couples
"Good morning,please what can I get for you "I asked
"I want a coffee"the lady ordered first,I turned to the man to take his order he was just staring at me or rather admiring me
"what would you like to have sir?" he smiled and said
"you,I want to have you"I was shocked,I looked at him with disbelief,did he just said that,I turned to look at the woman sitting in front of him and she was already glaring at me as if I did something wrong
"you can leave"the woman said coldly,I left to get what she ordered for,I returned with the coffee and just when I was putting it down the woman slightly pushed my hand and the coffee spilled on the table and a little on her dress,she immediately stood up
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE YOU CLUMSY FOOL"she shouted at me her voice attracted the attention of other customers
"I'm so sorry ma'am" I bowed my head and started apologizing even though I know that she intentionally pushed my hand
"I'm sorry ma'am it was a mistake"I immediately grabbed the serviette to clean her dress,she snatched it from me and gave me a hard slap
"HOW DARE YOU"she yelled I just stood there with my bowed head and my stinging cheek,my boss immediately came
"what's going on here?"he asked before I could answer the woman spoke
"your stupid employer just poured me hot coffee"she said angrily
