Could have been anyone

Joreen felt like she had only slept for a few minutes before she heard a knock on her door, asking the sisters to come down for breakfast. She looked beside her at Reen who stirred awake. Reen had slept in her room because she thought Joreen wouldn't want to stay alone.

The two sisters had stayed awake waiting for their parents to return home, while talking until they dozed off.

"It's morning already?" Reen grumbled as she pulled the duvet away and stood up from the bed.

"How are you?" She asked Joreen.

Honestly, she felt better today like yesterday hadn't happened. The only thing that made her look sullen was the fact that Hoy hadn't still called her until now.

"Better." Joreen answered.

"I'll go quickly freshen up. You should do same and join us downstairs."
