"No! AOBA!" Shizuka shouted.

Watase Shizuka hurriedly ran toward her son to protect him from the incoming attack.

"Water Shield…" She created a water wall in front of her.

"Mom..." Aoba quietly muttered while looking at the woman in front of him.

"Mother will protect you." Shizuka confidently said with a smile on her face.

Watase Aoba suddenly smiled and felt a warm feeling in his heart, which had never happened in his past lives

"It's okay mom, you don't have to protect me." Aoba suddenly said, which caused Shizuka to become confused.

He released a cold breath and slightly raised his hand to the air, causing a swarm of black sand to come out of the ground and instantly formed a pillar, which pushed the hero's hand to the skies.

"Iron Pillar…" Aoba's voice echoed.

Boom!

A powerful air blast came out of the hero's hand, but it got directed at the skies because of Aoba's intervention.

The shockwave pushed them away from the hero, but Aoba wasn't affected at all and his body disappeared from where he was standing before.

"Ookami-san?" Rose suddenly appeared inside Tomoe's embrace.

Watase Aoba moved at a fast pace at the hero while making a grabbing motion with his left hand, making Kyojuro's black spear fly directly into his hand.

'How dare you point your dirty hand at my mother...!' Aoba's golden eyes shone brightly.

'Intimidation Ki.' He thought and a black aura flaring out of his body.

No one in this place could see Aoba's black aura, except for Kyojuro, who looked at his grandson with a shocked expression.

"I-Intimidation Aura…" Kyojuro said with a face full of speechlessness.

Aoba's small figure moved fast like lightning, and the black spear danced like a gale in his hands.

The hero became confused for a moment and his body felt really weak all of sudden. "W-What happened?" He whispered with a shocked expression.

Watase Aoba appeared in front of the hero and precisely pointed the black spear toward his chest.

"You shouldn't dare to attack her..." He coldly whispered.

A powerful energy blast came out of the black spear and struck the hero's chest, launching him a few meters away toward a concrete wall.

Cough!

"H-How…" The hero coughed blood and looked at Aoba with a frightened expression.

Watase Aoba looked at the hero and released a cold breath because that attack literally took every single ki in his body.

'It's not bad considering the force behind that attack.' Aoba commented while throwing the black spear back to his grandpa.

Watase Kyohuro clumsily caught the spear and looked at the fainted hero with a dumbfounded expression.

"Kyojuro-san?" The person on the call said.

"Kyojuro-san? What happened?!" He continued with a confused tone because he just heard two powerful explosion noises.

Watase Kyojuro looked at the phone in his left hand and replied, "Kenji, I might need your help a little."

"So cool!" Rose commented while looking at Aoba with brightened eyes.

"... You're right. Aoba is cool," Tomoe responded while looking at the white-haired boy in awe.

--- [A Few Hours Later] ---

In the police force headquarters, we could see the Watase family plus Rose waiting in a room.

"Aoba-chan, are you hungry?" Tomoe suddenly asked while bringing a snack out of her pocket.

"Give me one," Aoba naturally replied, to which Tomoe responded with a smile and opened a chocolate bar for him.

"Do you also want a snack, Rose-chan?" Tomoe asked while looking at the pink-haired girl, who had been hugging Aoba's arm for almost three hours.

Rose quietly nodded her head and answered, "I want the same snack as Aoba."

Watase Tomoe could only giggle and feed them snacks while the other family members were enjoying tea.

Someone suddenly opened the door, and a dog-headed man in a black suit entered the room.

"Doggy?" Rose tilted her head with a confused expression.

"Hahaha, Doggy!" Kyojuro couldn't hold his laughter.

"Kenji, I have never heard someone call you like that." He continued, which caused the dog-headed man to release a sigh.

This man is the chief of the police force, Tsuragamae Kenji, who was Kyojuro's close acquaintance when he was young.

"You really created a dilemma for me this time, Kyojuro-san, woof." Kenji sat on a sofa in front of them and looked at the two children.

"What do you mean by that?" Kyojuro took a sip of his tea.

Tsuragamae Kenji once again released a sigh and put down a few documents onto the table, which Kyojuro took and read for a few seconds.

"I don't see any problem with these reports," Kyojuro said while flipping a few pages and suddenly stopped.

He immediately shifted his gaze to Rose and slightly frowned. "A New Villain's Group?"

"From what we have been investigating, there are a few kidnapping incidents across the world. Woof, and each of them were unique children with 'Strong' Quirks." Kenji suddenly stated.

"Rose Vermillion, Quirk: Blossom. She's the princess of Vermillion Empire." He abruptly continued, which caused everyone to shock, except Aoba and Rose.

"Wait, Rose is royalty?" Tomoe suddenly asked, to which Kenji responded with a nod.

"Yes, woof." Kenji answered, "The Vermillion Royal Family had a vacation in japan a few weeks ago."

"They suddenly got ambushed by a villain group named themselves as the [Pure Blood] when about to go back home, woof.." He added while opening a document and showcased a few pictures.

"Papa and Mama!" Rose looked at a picture of a crimson-haired man and a white-haired woman.

"What happened to them, and why was Rose in that hospital?" Aoba bluntly asked.

"They were safe, but I can't answer the next part of your question, woof." Kenji calmly answered.

"Then, why are you telling us this information?" Aoba frowned while looking at this doggy man.

"Aoba's Quirk… Might have caught their attention." Kenji once again calmly answered.

"Huh?" The entire Watase family immediately frowned when hearing his words.
