Chapter 40

I woke up in an empty bed, and I frown. Throwing my legs over the bed, I've decided that while all this is happening, I could go back to school.

"Draco?" I call out still confused by his big house.

"Down here!" He yells, and I follow the direction of the sound.

Walking downstairs, I find him sitting on the couch, an irritated look on his face.

"Good morning." I murmur, and he opens his arms. I move to sit next to him, but he pulls me onto his lap again.

"Good morning babe, how did you sleep?"

"Just fine. I think I'll head home today. "

"Already? But we're not done—"

"We can't let one thing contradict our life Draco, we'll get through it, I'm not gonna jeopardize my highschool education which Jude already has." Sitting next to him instead, he looked reluctant.
