Time skip 5 years current year 1925

*Alastor humming happily as he walks in to his house*

Alastor: Mother Iam home and have wonderful news I heard from Alex and he says he'll be here tomorrow but that's not all I got a bonus and a raise soon we will be able to move to a better place and afford better things.

*Anne comes from the kitchen with plates smiling happily at the news*

Anne: That's terrific tomorrow I'll go to the market and get a cake so we can all celebrate together it's been awhile since all of us will be home together. Can you be a dear and help me set the table?

*Alastor smiles*

Alastor: of course mother.

*Anne and Alastor eat supper together and talk about how there day has been after they are done they begin to clean the table*

Anne: Alastor don't forget to keep what I thought you a secret from Alex. And have you learned all that was in the book I gave you?

Alastor: I don't see why we have to keep it a secret from Alex I doubt he will tell anyone about us learning voodoo and I have learned almost all.

*Anne frowns and answers*

Anne:it's not so much about him keeping a secret as to not worry him voodoo is a dangerous thing. You should always be cautious when using and don't attempt anything dangerous by yourself.

*Alastor smiles*

Alastor: Don't worry mom I probably won't even use it after all everything is looking good for us Alex said after he gets done with his tour he will open up his own security firm and he said some of his friends will join him so it will probably do good. With both me and Alex there to support you, you'll be treated like a queen.

*Anne smiles*

Anne: Thanks Alastor with out you and your brother life would be dull And you both don't have to worry about me I can take care of myself.

*Alastor chuckles*

Alastor: Trust me I know mother but you have sacrificed a lot for me and Alex it's only right we help I won't take no for an answer.

*Anne smiles*

Anne: you and Alex are wonderful sons couldn't ask for better. Now go wash up and head to bed your brother will get here early tomorrow.

Alastor: yes mother I love you good night

*Anne smiles*

Anne: good night darling love you.

*Alastor smiles and heads to bed while Anne washes dishes then heads to bed aswell*

Next morning

Saturday

*Anne wakes up and notices it's 7am and begins to clean the house while humming your not fully dressed without a smile*

*Alastor wakes up and puts his glasses on while yawning then checks the clock to see it's 8am then heads into the living room to see Anne finished cleaning and starting to prepare breakfast*

Alastor: morning mama sleep well?

*Anne smiles*

Anne: yes darling and you?

Alastor:I slept well, Alex should be here by 12 I plan on going to the station today because I forgot to do some paperwork and probably won't be back till 3.

*Anne frowns*

Anne: so you won't be here to greet your brother are you sure the paper work can't wait till Monday?

*Alastor shakes his head*

Alastor: Sorry mom it's gotta be turned in before Monday and I'd like to spend the whole day with both of you tomorrow.

Anne: well it can't be helped then I'll head to the store with your brother and we can celebrate tomorrow then and breakfast is ready.

*Alastor smiles*

Alastor: thanks mother I'll try to finish it quickly.

And thank you for breakfast

*Anne and Alastor set the table and chat then listen to music till 11 since Alastor has to go after Alastor leaves Anne starts to prepare to head out and stop by the bus stop for Alex*

*Alex gets off the bus and spots Anne smiling while waving*

Alex: Mom I've missed you so much!

*Alex and Anne both hug*

Anne: I've missed you to dear and your brother had to finish some paperwork otherwise he would be here to but he will be home around 3 he said.

Alex:well at least he'll be here tomorrow so what are the plans for today?

Anne:I plan on going to the store so we can celebrate your return and Alastor pay raise tomorrow. Do you wanna tag along?

Alex: sure can we stop by the house first so I can put my bags away?

Anne: of course.

*Anne and Alex walk back home then walk to the market for supper*

Alex: so what do we need?

Anne:we need the materials to make a cake and for my special jambalaya *Anne chuckles*

Alastor and you always did love it.

*Alex smiles*

Alex: it's because the best chef in Louisiana cooks it for us.

*Anne smiles*

Anne: well to make things quicker do you want to split up and get the cake materials while I get the jambalaya stuff?

Alex: sure maybe make it back before Alastor gets home

*Anne and Alex then split ways*

After an hour both finishes up and meets up while only needing the smoked pork sausage for jambalaya

*Anne and Alex walks to the butcher shop while Anne notices Mrs.Smith*

Anne: Alex how about you head on in while I talk to Mrs.smith i haven't seen her in awhile.

Alex: okay I'll be back in a few minutes I also have to use the restroom.

*Alex walks into the store while Anne talks to Mrs. Smith*

Anne: Hey Dorothy how have you been it's been like 2 weeks since we spoke how's the shop?

*Dorothy notices Anne and smiles*

Dorothy: It has been awhile and the shops doing good we have got a new supplier and have been selling more then what we used to how are you and the boys?

Anne:We are doing good Alastor got a raise and Alex is back in town for 2 weeks.

*Dorothy notices a man in black running with a knife about to snatch Anne's purse*

Dorothy: Watch out Anne behind you!!!

*Anne turns around to see a man reaching for her purse on instinct she grabs it tightly so it won't be snatched and starts to fight over it with the man*

Thief:Give me the bag lady or else!

*Anne still fighting for the bag notices him lounging at her with the knife and tries to back up not to be stabbed but was to slow*

*Anne falls down while letting go of the purse and the thief runs away*

*During this Alex just got out of the restroom and through the window sees Anne on the ground out side and starts to bolt outside*

Alex: MOM! What happened!!!

*Dorothy answers for her*

Dorothy: she was stabbed by the thief in all black. I'll go and get help wait here.

*Dorothy runs off*

*Alex holds his mother while tearing up*

Alex: don't worry mom everything's gonna be ok.

*Alex notices there is a lot of blood coming out of her stomach and tries to apply pressure*

Anne: Alex promise me you'll look after your brother he's not got anyone besides us.

Alex: of course mom but don't worry you'll be ok don't talk like your gonna go.

*Anne smiles*

Anne: I love you Alex and tell Al I love him to and I'll always be with y'all and watching over even in the after life.

*Alex starts to cry and sees an ambulance coming*

Alex: Hurry! She's losing to much blood!

Don't worry mom the ambulance is here every things gonna be ok.

*Anne looks and smiles at Alex while barley staying awake*

Paramedic 1: well get her don't worry.

Paramedic 2: please step away well handle it from here.

*Paramedics start treatinging her and puts her in the ambulance to the nearest hospital*

Paramedic 1: would you like a ride to the hospital if so hurry.

*Alex nods then gets in while the ambulance goes, once at the hospital they rush her to be treated and makes Alex wait in waiting room*

Alex walks to a nurse while waiting and ask if she can get in touch with his brother and tell him to come the nurse nods the goes to call.

After a 20 mins of waiting the doctor comes out. Before the doctor can get a word in Alex ask if she's ok.

Doctor: Iam sorry she lost to much blood and by the time she got here her pulse was to low to do anything Iam sorry for you loss.

*Alex freezes and the doctor notices and guides him to a chair*

*Alastor comes running and notices Alex's state*

Alastor: where is mom is she okay what happened Alex?!?

*Alex looks at his brother*

Alex: Iam so…sorry Al I..I went in to buy something..while mom talked to Mrs. Smith…when I come out..sh..she was..laying on the ground and… there was blood..coming out. She didn't…make it.

*Alastor froze for a second then got angry*

Alastor:Why why didn't you stay with her did you at least catch the bastard that done it!!!

*Alex startled*

Alex:I…she…she wanted me to buy meat for jambalaya..I..I didn't think anything would happen and no he...he got away.

*Alastor starts to laugh*

Alastor:hahaha you joined the army but can't even protect your own family. I'll catch that bastard and kill him.

*Alastor storms off while Alex just stands there shocked at Alastors words*

Alastor goes back home and grabs the book his mother gave him and starts to read if there is anything that can help him he notices on one page there is a way to revive the dead

Alastor: don't worry mom I'll bring you back with this hahaha

*Alastor smiles crazily*
