Time for Exercise!

Shi Feng started warming up and then prepared to run.

Before he started, he saw Meng Qingyu get out of her house with her parents so he come in front of them and greet them.

"Hello uncle, auntie, Qingyu".

"Hello there little guy, what are you doing outside by yourself?", Uncle Meng asked.

"I was just going to exercise but I see uncle, auntie and Qingyu come out so I stopped to say hello", Shi Feng said politely, he came from the future and know very well that this uncle likes people that polite to him. So this is also a good chance, after all, he wanted to chase Meng Qingyu in the future so having a little goodwill from her parents right now will definitely do good in the long run.

"Ahem, anyway today is Yu'er grandfather's birthday. So we're going there to celebrate", Uncle Meng coughed and said. He seems to know that Shi Feng is very curious about where are they going.

"I see Uncle, Auntie, and Qingyu have a safe trip!".

"Yeah, see you little guy", Uncle Meng and Auntie Meng got into the car first.

Meng Qingyu still stayed outside.

"Umm, I will return tomorrow alright?", Meng Qingyu looked at him carefully and said.

Well, that's that. Since there are no more things, Shi Feng just started running. He does the exercise in a small park close to the neighborhood, there are not many people that came here but the security is pretty good.

At first, he walk slowly, and then speed up little by little, in the end, he started jogging and maintaining that speed for a while.

Unfortunately, he overestimated his body physical fitness. Just as he run for 150 meters, he already started feeling tired and his chest felt like burning. In the end, he stopped at 230 meters.

"Hah... hah... Damn, I'm tired", Shi Feng looked at the quest status, and sure enough, it didn't count.

"Can't you make it a little easier? I mean, 500 meters is just a little too much for now right?", He decided to run first because it seems the hardest thing to do so he want to do it when he had the most energy.

"Hah... Okay, I guess. But let me catch my breath first", Shi Feng felt breathless and his legs felt weak. He stood up again after a few minutes and started doing some little jogging, rest, and repeat.

It took a while, but Shi Feng finally finished his first run of the day and continued with push up, sit up, and squat. Just like running, Shi Feng has some problems when he started doing those 3 things but little by little. He finished them when it reached afternoon.

When he got home, his clothes were already soaked and dirty so he immediately took a bath. When he finished bathing, Fu Yaning already got home. Fu Yaning saw him hungry so she immediately cook him some braised pork and small steak just for one serving. When Shi Feng asked why didn't make more, she answered with "Not hungry". Since Grandpa and Grandma Fu went to work, there's indeed no one except both of them at home.

"Eat more meat", Fu Yaning knew he was exercising for a whole day so she specially made more meaty delicacies.

"Ok", Shi Feng was indeed very hungry so he immediately eat like pig.

"Eat slowly, the food won't run away Fu Yaning saw him being dirty with some leftover on his cheeks so she grabbed her handkerchief from her chest pocket and gently wiped the leftover from his cheeks with a caring look.

He stopped to look at her for a second and then buried his food on the plate again but this time he slowed down after saying a simple, "Okay". But in his thought he madly repeated a word over and over, 'don't think about it, you don't deserve her'.

People said children first love is their mother, but he never really know his mother and only heard about them from Grandpa and Grandma Fu. So his first love was naturally changed to Fu Yaning, a beautiful, cold but gentle girl. Unfortunately, this is no longer what he wanted.

"Then you continue, remember to not eat too fast, that's a bad habit", After saying that, she went to her own room.

After Shi Feng finished, he washed all of the dishes and went back to his room. He lay on the bed and couldn't help the sleepiness after exercising the whole day.

When he woke up, it was already a little before midnight. He couldn't sleep anymore but he felt a little hungry so he went downstairs. Surprisingly, Fu Yaning hasn't slept yet and she seems to use the oven.

Fu Yaning seems to sense something so she turned around and their eyes met.

"Hungry?", Fu Yaning opened her mouth first.

"Uh, yeah", Shi Feng nodded. To be honest he was more curious about why she was still awake.

"I know you will be awake up at this hour so I already heated some leftover from dinner".

"Umm...", Shi Feng was about to ask something but Fu Yaning was faster.

"You washed the dishes this afternoon? who teach you?", Fu Yaning asked.

"Uhh...", Shi Feng you idiot! you are a 5-year-old kid right now, act like one!. Ahem, anyway Shi Feng immediately thinks of the answer.

"Umm, I saw you do it sometimes and it's very simple so I can just do it", How about it? do I look suspicious?. Shi Feng took a peek at her expression and saw nothing changed. Well, I mean you can't see her emotion from that deadpan expression.

"I see, then remember to wash the dishes after this, I'm going to sleep", Fu Yaning said and went back to her room again.

First, Shi Feng sighed in relief but then he thought about it. Does this mean she waited for him? wait no, don't think too much, she might just have something else to do and remember he hasn't had dinner yet and it might be just a coincidence. After thinking like this, Shi Feng nodded, it's must be like that.

After he finished eating, Shi Feng remember that the other 8 girls seems to not go to his house today. Well, maybe it's because there's no one at home that they think that he left somewhere. After all, Grandpa and Grandma Fu left for work, Fu Yanling went to school, and he also went to the park to exercise.

Anyway, Shi Feng stopped thinking about it. He felt sleepy again after eating so he washed the dishes and went back to his room. Maybe it's because the exercise today made him feel fatigued but he sleeps very fast.

It was already tomorrow early in the morning when he woke up.
