Hardin's Office
Clark is Hardin assistance secretary.
Jerry is Hardin secretary
Clark bring me the candidate file.
Clark the candidate file and put the name Dorcas paid him at the top.
"Wait clark how many file is that" . Jerry ask
"15 sir".. Clark answer
"But only 10 candidate are waiting.So where is the 5 coming from".. Jerry ask trying to understand what is happening.
"I think they submit their Application a day before or something"...He answer trying to justify himself.
"Ok, Submit the candidate file who are present".. Jerry instructed.
"Ok sir".. Clark answer and move to the room where the candidate are waiting.
He remember Dorcas telling him the file of their candidate have a d sign at the bottom .D-sign .
He start to call their names and five of the candidate are not present. And three of Dorcas candidate are not present while the name were called.
He was happy at least three candidate are present.He put the two at the top and one in the middle.
Knock!! knock!!
"Come in!" Hardin said with a cool voice.
"What took you so long Clark"... Hardin ask.
"Something come up sir but now it is resolved"... Clark answer while playing with his fingers underneath.
"Okay".. Hardin dismissed him.
Hardin go through the file and check their qualifications, experience and letter of recommendation.
Hardin call Clark on the land line.
"Please send Mrs Dora
Mrs Olivia
Miss Ava
And Mrs Emma to my office.
"Okay sir".. he answered
Clark bring the selected candidates to Hardin's personal reception .. Please take a sit and Best of luck.
"Thank you sir"..miss Ava answer and the rest just nod their head sweetly.
"Mrs Dora".. Hardin call her through the intercom.
Knock!! Knock!!
"Come in" Hardin said tiredly.
"Good afternoon sir".. Mrs Dora greeted politely.
"Good afternoon". Hardin answer with a professional voice.
"Please have your sit"..he said
And she take her sit with a polite smile mumbling a thank you sir.
I have read your file and I am quite impressed.
Can you tell me more about your experience with pregnant women and How do you plan to improve her food schedule.
"Thank you sir"...She reply trying to be calm.
"This is my first case where my patient is pregnant but I will try to satisfy all her want with my experience". She answered
Hardin only nod her head.
"AND I will create a schedule based on her preference"...she answer with a smile.
"Okay, I understand".. Hardin said with a smile."My secretary will get back to you". He said with a professional voice.
"Okay sir.. Thank you so much and have a nice day"..She said politely.
"And you too"..he mumbled and flip through the next file.
"Miss Ava" he call through the intercom.
Knock!! knock!!
"Come in" Hardin said tiredly.
"Good afternoon sir".. Miss Ava greeted with a polite.That remind him of Brittany.
"Good afternoon". Hardin answer with a professional voice.
"Good afternoon sir"..she greeted with a smile trying to calm her nerves.
"Please have your sit"..he said
She was about to take her sit but she slip and fall on her butt..
"I am so sorry sir"..She apologize hoping that little sense won't cost her so much.
"It okay.. relax"... Hardin said trying to make her calm.
Few minutes later.
Can we start now
"You are a fresh graduate but you have quite an amazing result and few volunteer work and intership can you tell me why I should employ you seeing you don't have much work experience?
"Thank you sir..She started.
I think I am the best fit for this job because during My intership most of my practical work is pregnant women oriented and I was one of the best in that field during that time.
I have also volunteer to hospital and Nursing mother sector and I have little experience on how to manage a pregnant woman craving and mood swings.
Although I am a new in this field.last summer, I was the student that help Mrs Grande when she was having some issue with her diet.

Hardin nod his head.
And What is your greatest weakness?
I have trouble saying "no."
My greatest weakness is that I sometimes have trouble saying 'no' to requests and end up taking on more than I can handle. In the past, I take extra shifts during my intership and lot of work load .And this has led me to feel stressed or burnt out . To help I use a project management app so I can visualize how much work I have at any given moment and know whether or not I have the bandwidth to take on more."
Hardin nod his head positively...

"No sir,Thank you for making time to interview me for the open role.I really appreciate it." she finish with a smile.
"I am quite impressed".. Hardin confessed.

He is still amazed with the interview.she is smart and will be a positive impact on Brittany.

As a Nutritionist and a mother,I feel passionate helping pregnant women balance their Nutrition and making them healthier during every stage of their pregnancy.And as a mother,I am always happy to help.
Please What kinds of diet tracking methods would you use with your patient?
"I worked with a maternity group recently where I introduced the bullet journal for tracking their eating habits. I showed everyone how to set up their food journals, complete with a key of symbols to denote goals, grocery lists, meal plans and bulleted notes on progress. Each week during our meetings, the women I worked with shared their progress and how they customized their journals. I still use this tracking method, as it's proven successful with other clients, too."
