A Fantasy Or Not
Scarlet's POV ...
"Hey, are you fine? It looks like you are thinking something really serious." Beth concernedly asked me. We are on our way to getting out of this forest. After we found each other, we all decided to get out already here because we are already getting scared of the bad possibilities that we can get when we will still stay.
"We should be leaving faster before something bad will happen to us here," Elly instructed us and then we walked faster.
"Did you hear some voice again?" Elly went beside me, and she walked with me.
I looked at her and said, "No, I haven't heard the voice again." I think it is better that I will not tell them what happened to me and about the guy that saw. Knowing them, they would just not believe me again because we all know that no one ever goes to that forest and no one is living there. I can't even believe also to what I encountered.
"Are you sure? When we saw you a while ago, you seemed really stunned."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, when we found you, we saw you looking as far as you can. It's as if you're looking for someone to get away."
"What? No! I was just also looking for you guys." I explained to them.
"Let us go now? It is getting really dangerous and scary here." I said before they would ask again some questions.
I decided not to tell them because I know that they will not also believe me. I will just look ridiculous to them.
After a few minutes, we are already outside the forest.
"We are never getting back there," Beth insisted.
"It was kind of fun being there." Elly opposed Beth.
"Did you see that Scarlet was almost lost?"
"But she is not."
Oh boy, here they go again. They are starting to fight about certain things that are not arguable. They are always like this, like every day. Sometimes, I am getting already tired of hearing and looking at them like this, but they are my best friend and I got used to it already.
"Stop, you are always fighting," I stopped them.
"Yeah since then." Beth rolled her eyes.
"We should go now to our classes," I insisted.

"Wow, you are early today. How was school?" My mom asked me as she opened the door of our house. I decided to go home right after our dismissal at school. I feel like I really need to rest from school and especially what happened to me a while ago in the forest.
"School is just fine mom. By the way, aren't you busy?" She is always busy, and she barely opens the door for me. Actually, I was surprised when she did that.
"No, I took a short leave at my work because l am already planning your 18th birthday!" She excitingly said to me. I nearly forgot that l am already turning 18 years old next week because of what happened. I also realized that time really flies so fast.
"I am pretty sure you are excited" She smiles at me.
"Of course, mom. By the way, Where is dad?"
"Oh, he is still at his work as always. I think he will be coming home late today so that means we will have a late dinner. Is that okay with you?"
"Sure mom, but I need to go first upstairs to my room and take some rest. I was really tired and exhausted today"
"Okay, sure honey. I will just call you later for dinner."
I nodded at her and smiled.
I went upstairs and l immediately dropped my things on the floor. I jumped to my bed, and I lay down. This is the best feeling ever!
Laying down in your bed after being tired from classes or work.
By the way, I can't take out of my mind what happened to me in the forest. Is he real or was just imagining?

I just finished dinner with my mom and dad. I am here already in my room making some assignments. I have really tons of assignments. I am really lazy and I want to lay in my bed all night, but I need to do these.
While I was writing, I heard something behind my cabinet. It is a little bit dark on that side that is why I can only see a shadow behind my cabinet. What was that?
I can feel that someone is looking at me from there. I am starting to feel really scared. I can feel my sweat dropping. I moved slowly to check what was it. Weirdly, something is making noise there. There were no things or insects there to make some noise.
"Is someone there? " My voice is getting shaky already.
To be honest, I get easily scared of a lot of random things.
I can't go near behind my cabinet because I am too afraid. Maybe it is a thief waiting for me to sleep so that he could steal something from my room.
I grabbed my lamp and hold it. I will use it to throw it when I will saw something or someone to protect myself just in case.
"Don't be scared. I am here for you. It is me, my Scarlet. " I saw the guy in the forest coming out behind my cabinet! He is still wearing the same outfit that he was wearing in the forest when I saw him a while ago.
How did he ...
"W-what are you doing here? How did you come inside ?!"
Is he a stalker? He suddenly shows up.
I let go of the lamp on my bed because I was shocked.
"I walked from your window, " He pointed at my sliding window. "Like what I am doing often."
He does it often?! So this is not the first time that he comes here?!
I can't really speak right now. Nothing is coming out of my mouth because I am really confused about what is happening. If he does it often, then why did I not catch him even once? Is he joking with me?
He slowly walked toward me, and I started to walk backward because he is getting his face near me. I can smell him, and his smell is really good. I am getting addicted to his Scent.
I am just looking at his eyes because I noticed that it is not normal.
"The color of your eyes c-changes?" I have a lot of questions right now that are not answerable by science! He looks like a real human, but he moves really fast, and the color of his eyes changes. Another one is how he got here in my room that is located on the second floor at our house and he tells me that he just walks through my window?
"Really? You noticed it?" He smiled at me.
His smile is very charming. I do not know myself, but I can't push him away. I know it is the right thing to do and I should be afraid of him because he is just a stranger in my room but why can't I push him away? I feel like I am safe in his arms.
My parents told me that I should not trust or talk with strangers, but why do I feel that he is not a complete stranger to me?
Oh my gosh Scarlet! Fix yourself! You barely know him. You should do the right thing and get away from him-
He suddenly hugged me again. I can feel that my heart beats really quickly
"I want to be with you already, " He whispered at my ear like the way he whispered at my ear before he left me in the forest. Why does he want to be with me?
I was about to push him, but -
"Scarlet! " I opened my eyes and I saw my mom waking me up. I looked around to find that guy but he is not in my room.
Everything looks normal and perfectly fine ...
"Mom?"
"Why? It seems like you were having a dream. I am sorry because I woke you up, but we are already having our dinner honey."
Just fix yourself and go downstairs. We will wait for you."
"Okay mom, I will come in a bit."
She smiled and then left.
I calmed myself. I thought it really happened ...
I decided to forget about it already and get downstairs to have dinner.
When I was moving out of my bed, I felt the lump. My lamp was here on my bed. I remembered that I dropped it here.
Was it just a dream? It felt really real. I looked at my window and I can see that my window is open. What I know is that I close that every time before I go to sleep. Is that really just a dream?
