Welcome home

Hailey woke up that monday morning and ran down the stairs hoping to see Jeremy before he left. She met him having some tea at the dinning room.

"Good morning Jeremy." She greeted

"Good morning Hailey. How was your night?" he asked.

"It was okay." she answered.

"Good." He replied as he took a sip from his tea.

"Uhm Jeremy I wanted to tell you something." she said.

"What do you want now Hailey? Tell me about it!" He asked and raised his head to look at her. Hailey froze on the spot as their eyes met.

"Well, I would like to visit my family today. Can I?"

"I ain't stopping you. You can go see them if you want to Hailey. But just make sure you get back here before 7pm. I wouldn't be happy if I get home before you do okay?"

"That's fine by me. I'll be back early. Thank you Jeremy." she appreciated him. A smile curved on his lips.

"You're welcome." He finished up his tea and got ready to leave for work. Hailey escorted him to his car and waved him good bye.
